Graffiti Contest:

Graffitis are expressions of artwork in an unconventional form. New Media Cell of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting invites Graffitis on themes based on some of the flagship programmes of the government.

The Graffitis can be created through text, pictures, line drawings, etc. (If in Text, limit is 150 words).

Themes :
The entries on Graffitis should be on the following themes:
** Start Up India, Stand Up India;
** Digital Empowerment;
** Entrepreneurs of Young India;
** Skilled India,
** Powerful India;
** Make In India;
** Financial Security to All and Housing For All.
** Start Up India, Stand Up India;
** Digital Empowerment;
** Entrepreneurs of Young India;
** Skilled India, Powerful India;
** Make in India;
** Financial Security to All and Housing For All.

Terms and Conditions:
** The contest is open to all except for the employees of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.
** Contest opens on 1st January, 2016 and closes on 14th January, 2016. Entries received post Last Date will not be entertained.
** The contestant must be the same person who has created the Graffiti and plagiarism would not be allowed.
** The Graffiti post submitted by the contestants will be the intellectual property of the Government of India and the submitter cannot exercise any right over it. The prize winning Graffiti posts are meant to be used by the Government of India for promotional and display purposes, IEC material and also for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
** The Graffiti should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
** Ministry of Information & Broadcasting reserve all rights to amend the rules or to cancel the contest at any point of time without prior intimation.
** Evaluation will be done by an eminent jury selected by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and three winners will be declared.
** Responsibility of copyright issues lies with the contestant.
** The decision of the Ministry will be final and binding to all participants and cannot be challenged. No communication will be entertained in this regard.
