Entry Fees:
** Free for IMs, WIMs,FMs,WFMs & Rated players above 2300
** Rs. 1000/- for Rated players.
** Rs.1,200/- for unrated players.
** Free Boarding & dormitory type lodging will be provided to all players.
** Parents will be provided only dormitory type at Rs.100/- per day per head.
** No Spot Entries Allowed

Eligibility:
** Those who are studying in Schools/Junior Colleges up to Standard XII only allowed.
** Entries should be attested by Head of the Institution/District Chess Association/State chess Association.

Rate of Play:
** 90 minutes each plus 30 seconds increment per move from move one.

Tie break:
** Buchholz tie break system will apply and prize money will be shared in case of tie.

AICF Registration:
** AICF Registration Fee of Rs.250/- for 2015-16 should be paid or copy of proof of payment sent along with Entry Fee. Those who do not pay this Registration Fee by 11 A.M on 1.8.2015 will not be included in the first round pairing.

TNSCA Registration Fee:
** (payable only by Tamil Nadu players) Rs.100/- for the year 2015-16.
Protest Fee:
** Rs.300/- protests should be lodged within 15 minutes of the incident.

Appeals Committee:
** A five members Appeals Committee will be formed at the manager’s meeting. The decision of the Appeals Committee on all protests shall be Final and Binding.

Boarding:
** Free to all players. Chennai players – only lunch will be provided.
** Vegetarian – South Indian – Morning Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
** (In addition tea, coffee, soft drinks & snacks on payment).

Lodging:
** Dormitory type will be provided to out station players.
** (Pillows and blankets will be available for hire at Rs.60/- per day per head).
** Those who need lodging at the School are requested to inform before 29th July 2015 otherwise the lodging will not be provided.

Chess Clock:
** All the players are requested to bring their chess clock if, any.
