** Extra charge for the child between 5 to 12 years would be INR 750 ( breakfast and all taxes included) per day per Child.
** Children above 12 years would be considered as adult.
** Extra adult charge would be INR 1000 ( breakfast and all taxes included) per day per person. Maximum one adult would be allowed in Classic room.
Cancellation policy:-
For all seasons:
** Cancellation before 3 days: Full refund (72 hrs from the time of check in)
** Less than 3 days: No Refund. Entire stay would be charged as retention.
No Show:
** Entire stay would be charged as retention.
** HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by Sterling Resorts. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Sterling Resorts directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
** HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Sterling Resorts
