We’re feeling some serious love for Republic Day this year, especially coz it’s got all the makings of a long weekend holiday.

Rules:
** Mail your pictures to contest AT flightshop.co.in
** If you’re not in the picture, you’re not in the game. Each entry must feature the entrant (solo or with fellow travellers).
** Ownership of the picture must lie with you. Copyright images or images sourced from any other sources will be disqualified.
** All entries must reach us by 1800 hours on 27th Jan 2016.
** Can’t choose- Send us a picture or three- Multiple entries (up to a maximum of three per entrant) are permitted.
** Winners will be chosen at Flight Shop’s discretion.

Terms & Conditions:

** This Flight Shop Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying Contest Details (collectively the “Terms”). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and conditions.

** The Organizer of the Contest is FCM Travel Solutions (India) Private Limited (herein after referred to as “Organizer”) which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest. The Contest shall open on 21st January, 2016 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close on 27th January 2016.

** This Contest is only open to all legal residents of India. The Organizer assumes that by entering into the Contest, the parents or guardians of any entrant that is aged under the age of 18 have consented to that person’s entry into the Contest and these Terms. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity and if aged under 18, should be able to demonstrate to the Organizer’s satisfaction that their parent/ guardian has given their consent to such entry

** The following categories of persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees (including their immediate families) of FCM Travel Solutions India and its respective divisions, affiliates, suppliers of the Prize(s); and any other company professionally connected with organizing this Contest. FCM reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Contest as a result of this Term.

** All personal details submitted by the respective contestants are warranted as accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms or which tampers with the entry process. The decision of the organizer in this regard shall be final and binding.

** In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, the conduct or results of the Contest, or any other matter relating to the Contest, the decision of Organizer shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by the Organizer.

** Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or incorrect entries or any entry which violates the Terms, will automatically be disqualified. Entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified/not be considered by the Organizer Entrants may submit more than one (1) entry and upto a maximum of 3 entries. FCM’s representatives will select the winner from amongst all eligible entries (each referred to as a “Winner”) by random selection. The Organizer’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence in any form will be entertained.

** Winners will be notified via email or Facebook. FCM shall confirm their Prize on providing details on how to acknowledge and collect the Prize. The Prize-winner will have 3 days from receipt of the Prize Notification to claim their Prize by registering their details. If the Prize-winner has not claimed their Prize within this period, the Organizer will be entitled to select an alternative Prize-winner in accordance with the Terms.
