ARTINFOINDIA.COM is glad to announce Tiger – The National Animal as theme for 5th All India Art Competition for School Children. This is to depict our love and concern for Tiger – The National Animal through paintings and drawings.

This is a one of its kind opportunity to discover the latent talent of budding and upcoming generation through their sincere and creative thoughts about nation.
Our sole aim is to sensitize/motivate/educate young and budding children through art towards the importance of our National Symbols.
Theme:
Tiger – The National Animal (Children can make it more interesting by adding the ambience like garden, flowers, monuments, trees etc. or it could be simply The TIGER.).
Medium:
Drawing, Painting, Collage (Paper only) (Do not Paste 3D material on artwork)
Participation Fee :
** Participation fee (Individual Participant) : Rupees 200/- (Two Hundred only) Per Entry.
** Participation fee (Group Participant) : Rupees 100/- (One Hundred only) Per Entry.
The Schedule:
** 1st July-31st July 2016 Please send entry between these dates only.
** 3-4 September 2016 Judging session by panel of expert judges.
** 10-11 September 2016 Results will be published at artinfoindia.com, childrenartcontest.com and facebook.com/childrenartcontest
** October / November 2016 Exhibition of 300 selected works at Lobbies of India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
Submission:
Interested Schools/Hobby Centres / Individuals can Submit their original artwork by Post / Courier / personally. (The competition is open for children of class Preparatory to class 10th. )
Categories (Groups):
** Group A – Preparatory Classes
** Group B – I to II Grade
** Group C – III to IV Grade
** Group D – V to VI Grade
** Group E – VII to VIII Grade
** Group F – IX to X Grade
Requirements of the competitive part:
The competition is open for children of preparatory classes to grade X. The size of the artwork could be A3 (420 mm x 297 mm), A4 (297 mm x 210 mm) and paper of Standard Sketch Book. Entries must be on paper.
Labeling the Entries:
Every entry must have the following information at the back of the artwork:
1. Group Participation
a) Name of Participant
b) Class and Section
b) Name of School / Institute
c) Entry Fee Ref. No (Cheque / Draft No., E-Transfer Ref. No)
School / Hobby Centres / Group Kindly follow these steps:
** Download Tiger 2016 Group Registration Form, filled by Art Teacher or Principal and send along with artworks.
** A Consolidate E-Transfer, Cheque, Bank Draft may be issued for all the participants from same institution.
** Cheque/Bank Draft in favor of ARTINFOINDIA COM.
2. Individual Participants:
a) Name of Participant
b) Class and Section
c) Name of the School and City
d) Entry Fee Ticket. No.
e) Address with PINCODE (Certificate will be sent to this address only)
f) Mobile No and E-Mail ID
Individuals Kindly follow these steps:
Download Tiger 2016 Individual Entry Form, fill it and paste on the back side of artwork and mention Ticket No as Payment Ref. Code on Entry Form (No Need to Paste Print of Ticket on the Back side of painting
Awards & Prizes:
All India Level Award and Prizes : Medal and Award Certificate :
** 1st Award 3 in each group
** 2nd Award 3 in each group
** 3rd Award 3 in each group
** Commended Award 15 in each group
State Level Award (If we receive 100 paintings from a particular state):
** 1st Award 1 in each group
** 2nd Award 1 in each group
** 3rd Award 1 in each group
School Level Award and Prizes:
(If School participates with 25 Paintings in a particular Category/Group)
** 1st Award 1 in each group
** 2nd Award 1 in each group
** 3rd Award 1 in each group
Certificate of Merit shall be given to the children whose works are selected for the exhibition and Participation Certificate to all the participants. ARTINFOINDIA.COM will publish selected 300 paintings on website

Kindly inform me about the next competitions.
Why there is entry fee. If some poor child is good at drawing and they do not have many to participate so how they can show their talent. I think entry fee should not be there.
