** Participants are requested to send their abstracts along with the team information on or before 10th of July 2015.
** Shortlisted teams are intimated via email and are requested to present the whole presentation.

Rules :
** Team can present any one related to the listed topics.
** Duration for presenting the paper is 10-15 minutes
** A Team can consist of 2-3 Participants.
** Teams which are selected for final presentation are requested to bring the soft copy of the presentation in a pen drive.
** Paper Presentation Should be in IEEE format.
** Selected participants should bring two hard copies when they come to present the paper.**

** Each participant can send only 1 photo.
** The post must be in JPEG format.
** No colour correction or cropping or any other edit must be done.
** Date of image captured must be mentioned.
** Participants has to send their photos along with their NAME,COLLEGE NAME,DEPARTMENT,CONTACT NUMBER,MAIL ID,CAPTION, along with the EX IF details of the photo send.
** The photograph should be participants original work and the winning photos will be judged based on the ability of the individual to poetry the theme.

2. 3D Modeling cum Assembly Round

1. Theory :
** This is the theoretical round in which the competitors will be judged on their advanced knowledge of the PTC pro-engineer software.
** The event will include the written test of ‘Multiple choice type questions as well as descriptive questions
** Which are directly or indirectly based on the commands and properties of the PTC pro-engineer software.
2. 3D Modeling cum Assembly Round:
** After theory round candidate have to draw 3D model of given drawing in particular software (Pro-e).
** The result can be judged on the base of dimensional accuracy of the person.
** It may also include the time consumption of making the overall model & the Model & Assembly should be fully constrains.
