Rules & Regulations for Valentine’s Day Nail Art Contest
1. One image is allowed per submission
2. The nail art should represent Valentine’s Day theme
3. Last date to submit your nail art is 12th Feb
4. Each submission will be posted in an album on facebook and link will be provided to the participant
5. Winners will be decided based on the points.
6. Winner will be announced on 14th Feb

Division of the points are:
Color Combination – 30 points
Art presentation and neatness – 30 points
votes (likes) – 40 points
