#ValentineWithKDZ Contest :

1. The ‘#ValentineWithKDZ’ (Contest) is brought to you by KDZ (Organizer).

2. Contest will take place on KDZ’s Facebook page, facebook.com/KDZJeweller/ (Facebook Page).
3. Contest is open to all Mumbai citizens residing in Mumbai above 18 years of age, except the employees and the family members of the organizer and their agency.
4. Contest is valid for 9 Days: 6th February to 14th February 2016. (Contest Period). However, Organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever.
5. No Purchase is required. Participation is optional.
6. To participate in the Contest, Users will have to complete each of the following activities in the specific format as below:
a. Answer the questions in the comment section
b. Contestants to share the post
* Post share must be made public in order for them to be visible and considered as an entry on the Facebook Page.
7. One lucky winner will be chosen by the consent of KDZ

8. The Participants agree and undertake that their aforementioned posts Facebook Page will be their original creation and shall not in any way be obscene, vulgar, disrespectful or defamatory in any manner nor shall be in violation of any intellectual property rights of third parties and/or applicable laws. It is also clarified that the Participants are solely responsible for any violation of any applicable laws and shall keep the Organizer indemnified in this regard

9. One Lucky Winner will receive a ring worth 14k from KDZ. The Winner agrees that the Selection of the Prize shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Winners will be announced after within 48 hours at the end activity through direct message or a post on their Facebook wall, as the case may be.

The Organizer shall wait for a maximum of two days from the date of its intimation, for the Winner to provide details as required by the Organizer. In case the Winner does not respond within the stipulated time, the Prize shall pass on to the next eligible Winner.

The Winners will receive their Prizes within 30 days from the receipt of Winners’ details. The Organizer at its own discretion shall be required to ask Winners for proofs including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of residence and proof of age, which could be a valid Indian passport, an Indian election ID card, a valid Aadharcard, a PAN card, a ration card, valid Indian driving license.

10. Participation prizes are 14% off on labour charges on diamond and 5% off on labour charges on gold for all those who participate in the contest.
