#LoveAndLaughter Contest :

** The contestant must be eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry.

The following persons are not eligible to enter the contest:
a) Persons residing out of India and
(b) Employees, associates, directors of CaratLane and their relatives and every person involved in any manner with respect to this contest.

** This contest shall be open for participation till 13th February 2016 only.
** To participate in this contest, the contestants shall fill a form as provided by CaratLane, that shall contain details of their name, contact number, email ID etc.

To Enter:
** Entrants must visit caratlane.loveandlaughter.com
** Entrants must then upload their Dubsmash video re-enacting their favourite funny desi dialogue, using the hashtag #LoveAndLaughter
** All valid entries will be moderated. Only entries that are uploaded on caratlane.loveandlaughter.com with the hashtag will be valid.
** No limits on the entries per person. But a maximum of one prize per person can be won.

Prizes:
** Two winner per week will win 1 CaratLane Voucher of Rs 5,000 each.
** One winner stands a chance to win a 50 cent Starfire Solitaire ring.
** CaratLane will choose one contestant as the winner based on the entry.
** Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, CaratLane reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.
** The winners will be announced on caratlane.loveandlaughter.com/ and all CaratLane social media platforms on or before 20th February, 2016
** The winning voucher is applicable on all diamond and gemstone jewellery only
** Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, CaratLane reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.
** The voucher can be redeemed at caratlane.com or any CaratLane store and is valid till 30th April 2016.
** The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer or voucher.
** The voucher is applicable on a single order only and needs to be redeemed in full. If the order value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining amount of the voucher value is lost.

Entries will be deemed invalid and be removed if they:
** Contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
** Refer to brands other than CaratLane;
** Include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder?s prior written permission (including famous names, company names etc);
** Include the names, likenesses, photographs, videos or similar of any individual without their express permission;
** Represent a danger to health and safety; and
** Include any link to inappropriate drinking
** Winner selection: All valid entries received by CaratLane during the contest period will be submitted into the competition and will be judged CaratLane in accordance with the following criteria:
** Accuracy of the representation of the funny dialogue;
** Creative quality;

Depiction of #LoveAndLaughter:

** CaratLane reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions of the contest and the decision of CaratLane shall be valid and binding on the contestants.
** By entering the contest, entrants give their permission for their Dubsmash video to be used by CaratLane without further compensation for promotion purposes. Copyright will remain with the entrant.
** However, by entering this contest, the entrant agrees to CaratLane publishing these entries on but not limited to their website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
** They also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the promoters choosing without any payment but with appropriate credit given to the original entrant.
** The name of the winner will be used for promotional purposes by CaratLane. The winner may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the contest but are not obliged to participate in publicity.
** All personal information collected, in the course of this contest shall be kept confidential. CaratLane shall use such information for communicating various marketing and promotional activities, subject to the contestant’s choice to receive such communications, while entering the contest.
