#HonorVDayContest Terms & Conditions:

The following are the Terms and Conditions for the contest ‘#HonorVDayContest’, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Contest’) commencing on 11th February 2016 and closing on 15th February 2016. The Contest is sponsored by Huawei Telecommunications (INDIA).

Eligibility Criteria:
** The Contest is open to legal permanent residents of India above the age of 18 years having a valid email address and a legitimate Facebook. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”). Entries by Participants below age of 18 years will be disqualified.
** Employees of the Sponsor, their subsidiaries and affiliates, or of other companies associated with the promotion of the activity, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
** Participation constitutes participants’ full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

What Is The Contest?:
The contest is essentially a Facebook commenting contest. The theme of the contest revolves around emotions. The theme of the competition is ‘Show us your love for MARSHMALLOW’. Users have the freedom to answer this question through an assortment of creative ideas. It can be pictures, quotes, selfies, poems, love letters, paintings, videos or simply comments. The comments with maximum HonorFan likes WIN! Entries shall be moderated by the HonorClubIndia panel.

The winners will win the following:
1st prize- Honor 4X phone
2nd prize- Data Card
3rd prize- 16GB Pen Drive

Activity Date & Time:
a) The Contest will start on Wednesday, 11th February 2016 and end at 9 pm IST on Tuesday, 15th February 2016. The winner will be announced on 22nd February 2016.
b) All Participants have to submit their entries within the stipulated period.
c) Honor Club India reserves the right to extend the period of the Contest at its discretion. In the event of a revision, Honor Club India will notify about the same on its Facebook account.

Requirements:
(a) Contest is open only for a limited period of time.
(b) In order to participate, one must visit facebook.com/HonorClubIndia and submit their participating entry as a comment to the competition post that will be posted on 11th February 2016
(c) It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that any content they submit does not infringe upon the copyright of any third party or any other Intellectual Property rights.
