Amazon Timex Metropolitan Launch Contest

The Timex Metropolitan Launch contest (“Contest”) is a Contest made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited

Eligibility:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Details Of The Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence from February 23, 2016 and end on March 03, 2016, both days inclusive (“Contest Period”).
** During the Contest Period, one Contest question will be posted on the Contest page on Amazon.in available at amazon.in/gp/html-forms-controller/IN_TimexMetro_Contest.
** To participate in this Contest, you must select the correct answer of the Contest question posted on Amazon.in during the Contest Period.
** Amongst all participants who answer the Contest question correctly, 10 participants will be selected by a random draw of lots at the end of the Contest Period to win one Timex Metropolitan+ smart watch provided by Timex Group India Private Limited (such smart watch hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Gift”).
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Promotional Gift under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar Contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:

** There is a total of 10 Promotional Gifts that will be given as prizes as part of the Contest i.e. 1 Promotional Gift given to each participant declared a winner at the end of the Contest Period. The Promotional Gifts will be delivered to each eligible participant directly by Timex Group India Private Limited within 30 days of the end of the Contest Period.
** Amazon shall not be held liable and/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in connection with the provision of such Promotional Gift, including their delivery or quality or services in relation thereto.

Odds Of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘how to enter’ section above.

Prize Drawing:
** The drawing will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period to select the participants eligible to win the Promotional Gifts.
** We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.
** A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Promotional Gift if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
** Each Promotional Gift will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
** There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion.
