#WhatsHotNow Contest Terms & Conditions :

1. The Contest is organized by Universal Music India (“Organizer”) and is open to all individual participants who:
** are above 18 (eighteen) years of age;
** are citizens of India;
** hold a valid passport;
** Having a valid Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account

2. The Contest shall commence from 3rd February 2016 and shall conclude on 29th February 2016 (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest. All the individual Contest timings are based on Indian Standard Time (IST). Arguments based on timings will not be entertained

3. To participate in the Contest, the participants (“Participants”) need to log on acebook.com/universalmusicindia/, twitter.com/UMusicIndia and instagram.com/universal… (“Contest Sites”) and answer correctly (“Contest Answer”) to the contest question (“Contest Question”).

4. By participating in the Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by any rules, regulations, guidelines or policies (“Rules”) associated with the Contest and agree to be bound by any decisions made by the Organizer, including any interpretations of such Rules by the Organizer.

5. By participating in the Contest, the Participants represent and warrant that the Contest Answer provided by the Participants shall be original, not in breach of any third party rights and shall not defame/offend any person, sect, cast, etc. and that it shall in no manner infringe any rights including the copyright of a third person/party.

In the event of any violation to the aforementioned, Participants shall be disqualified from the Contest with immediate effect. By participating in the Contest, the Participants also represent and warrant that they shall solely be liable for any and all action (criminal/civil) arising there from and shall also be liable to indemnify the Organizer, for any loss, claim, dispute, disrepute, disruption caused to it.

6. The Participants confirm that the Contest Answer shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, degrading to any person, artist, celebrity or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or against the public policy of India or/and the internal policies of the Organizer.

7. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants immediately from the Contest if Participants have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading details and/or information, of any nature and/or have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof.

8. The Winner shall be announced after the 29th of February. The Winner shall be intimated in a manner deemed fit by the Organizer. The Organizer shall select one Winner on the basis of creativity and aptness to the related contest questions & tasks (i.e. likes or retweets) on various platforms received by Participants during the Contest Period and that are in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Sending the correct answers does not entitle you to win the contest, the person with the highest points wins the contest. The points will be calculated on the basis of a specially designed Scoring System (bit.ly/WHNScore).The Organizer may determine the correctness, quality and validity of the Contest Answer in their sole discretion. The Bonus Round winner will be elected on the basis of their level of creativity through their interaction with the post as per our discretion and cannot be questioned.

The participant can edit their contest entries until the post expiry time which would be mentioned on the image. Retweets and likes only to #ContestPost tweets; replies and likes to #ContestPost on Facebook and likes for Repost/Original image on Instagram will be counted for scoring.
