** By participating in “#LoveInNY! Contest” by Amazon India and HarperCollins Publishers India (hereinafter referred to as the (‘Contest’), you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following terms:-

** These terms, conditions and guidelines (‘Terms’) are applicable to and govern the Contest organized and conducted by Amazon India and HarperCollins Publishers India.

How To Enter:
You may enter the “#LoveInNY! Contest” Contest beginning at 12:00:00 p.m. (IST) on 23rd February 2016 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on 10th March 2016. To enter and win, you must:
(1) Pre-order Nikita Singh’s new book – Like A Love Song on Amazon India website.

(2) Answer the questions :
a) I Love New York because… and
b) One of these books is Nikita Singh’s favorite – love story, which one do you think it is?
** Gone with the Wind
** PS I love You
** Bridges of Madison County

Only one entry per participating e-mail address are allowed. The winner will be chosen by the author – Nikita Singh and HarperCollins Publishers India. The adjudged Winner will win a trip for two to New York for 1 night and 2 days.

The Prize for 2 Adults shall include:
a) Cost of airfare to and from New York
b) Hotel Accommodation (1 night hotel accommodation for two in New York)

Note:
** Entries sent in after 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on 10th March 2016 will not be considered. The winner will be announced on the “#LoveInNY! Contest” Contest page on the 19th of March 2016 at 5:30 pm.
** Please read these rules (“Official Rules”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements. .

Eligibility:

** The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residing in India and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest. At least one (1) person (either the winner or the companion on the trip) must be over the age of 21.
** It is necessary to send all entries before the Contest end-date specified on the Contest page. Any other entries will not be considered eligible for the Contest.
** There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.
** HarperCollins India shall not be responsible or liable for any incident that may occur during the course of the Prize Winner’s travel to or from the destination or during the stay.

Mailing List:
By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon.in/Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”).

Other Promotions:
Please note that we may be running similar contests at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other Contest unless you enter each Contest separately.

Prizes:
The winners will get the following prizes (collectively, “Prize”):
a) Cost of airfare to and from New York.
b) Hotel Accommodation (1 night hotel accommodation for two in New York).

Note:
** The Prize does not include travel to and from the domestic airport, personal expenses, incidentals or food and drink unless otherwise stated.
** All other cost and expenses including but not limited to medical and travel insurance, expenses of personal nature, all travel related expenses and such other expenses which are not specifically included in the terms and conditions of the Prize shall be borne and paid by the Winner.
** Amazon India or HarperCollins Publishers India shall not be liable for the same.
** All elements of the Prize are subject to availability, if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered. Once confirmed, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
** Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country.
