TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
** “Selfie Expert OPPO F1, Cheer for India” The Contest is open to all people who are citizens of India and are 18 years of age or above (“Participant”).These terms and conditions contained herein govern the terms of participation in the Contest.

** Participants entering the said Activity shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. OPPO has authorized TLG India all rights to execute the winner selection process. TLG India is responsible for Selection Mechanism and process.

** The responsibility of Prize distribution and winner travel, transport, accommodation etc. lies with OPPO. No one is authorized to challenge the decision made by the final authority, TLG India.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE :
** Anyone who is 18 years of age or above and has a social media presence can participate in this Contest.

** The contest is free. However, the Participant shall have to pay their respective access provider/internet service providers, the applicable charges for accessing the internet and uploading the Selfies.

** The copyright liability of Selfie, if any, shall be borne by the Participant alone.

** The Participant shall ensure that the Selfies are genuine and not obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent and invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, defamatory of any person or otherwise illegal.

** Participant warrants that the content he/she submits does not infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary or privacy right of any party or individual. Participant agrees not to
(i) post content which is deliberately intended to upset or harm other users;

(ii) use the opportunity to post or otherwise transmit content that victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of any impermissible classification, including, without limitation, religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, colour, creed, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, military status or disability;

(iii) post or otherwise transmit any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Application or any telecommunications equipment;

(iv) upload or otherwise transmit any content, or take any other actions with respect to Participant’s use of the contest, that would constitute, or would otherwise encourage, criminal conduct or give rise to civil liability; or

(v) use the contest for commercial purposes, including, without limitation, submitting any material to solicit funds or to promote, advertise or solicit the sale of any goods or services.

** Invalid entry or abusive entry or incomplete entry(s) may be rejected. The decision of any entry due to its invalidity or abusive nature or incompleteness shall be solely decided by TLG India, and may be communicated to the participants, and any such decision shall be final and binding on the said Participant.

** The Participants to the Contest agree that TLG India and OPPO have the power to remove any uploaded content deemed inappropriate from their own web and social media assets either itself or with the support of the website operator or by taking appropriate legal action (civil or criminal).

** All TLG India and OPPO employees, distributors, channel Partners, Directors, or any other person likewise directly related to TLG India and OPPO or this promotional event, their close relatives are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

** Participation time: This is a limited period Contest and lasts till the time OPPO doesn’t announce its closure.

** Notwithstanding anything stated herein, OPPO reserves the right to stop the Contest at any time and/or change, modify, withdraw, or extend the Contest without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

** OPPO reserves the right to withdraw/change / modify the content and terms and conditions at its own discretion and without any prior notice and / or assigning any reason. Therefore, Participants are advised to regularly check for any amendment(s) or update(s) of the terms and conditions at  events.oppo.com/in/wt20selfieexpert

** The participants, who win this contest as Winners, then such Winners will be communicated through an e-mail or phone call or social media message.

** Neither during the contest or thereafter, shall the Participant be entitled to hold OPPO or TLG India responsible for any loss occurred during the participation, as Participant understands all the terms and conditions of this Contest and has entered this Contest at its own sole discretion and free will.

** Winner, if required by OPPO, agree to participate in image photos, video shoots and/or film shooting sessions so required for any OPPO’s advertisement, promotional or otherwise related purpose.

** Winner hereby agree that OPPO shall have the right to use such photos, videos and/or films in any medium of communication (including, without limitation, print, press, internet or any multimedia medium) and in any reasonable manner as OPPO may decide in its sole discretion.

** OPPO shall ensure that such use of Winner image photo, video and/or film shall be free from any vulgar, obscene, misleading, defamatory, derogatory or libelous depiction.

** The names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of Winner may be used by OPPO for sending out commercial information and/or for other commercial, publicity or promotional purposes.

** By participating in Contest, subscriber-participant warrants that they agree with the terms and conditions and that he/she is participating in this Contest voluntarily and all information submitted by him/her/it, is true, current and complete.

** TLG India at its own discretion can accept or reject any entries /winner and no objection in this regard shall be entertained including but not limited to non-compliance with conditions, lack of subscriber address verification, ID verification or failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, etc.

PRIZE DETAILS :

There are four categories of prizes to be won.
** F1 T20 Limited edition phones – It’s a limited edition F1 series designed in the ICC World Cup T20 theme. One winner will be declared for this prize every day.
** Toss O Fan – Here the winner gets an opportunity to enter the ground and be a part of the toss process. There will be seven winners selected for this in the span of ICC T20 World Cup. Winners will be announced from time to time.
** OPPO Moment – Three winner selfies per match will be featured on the side screen at the stadium for OPPO Moment.
** Tickets to Finale – Six winners will be given tickets for the Finale. Winners will be selected through the span of the game and final declaration will happen after the Semifinal match.

TLG India reserves the rights to change/cancel the prize at any moment and doesn’t authorize anyone to challenge the decision.
