This Baby Bag Contest is open to residents of India, who
** are eighteen (18) years of age or older
** have downloaded the app Mumpa from playstore or app store

How To Enter:
The Baby Bag Contest begins on March 5, 2016 at 12:01 Indian Standard Time (“IST”), and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. IST on March Y, 2016 (the Contest period), according to Administrator’s time clock. To enter the Contest, please downlaod the Mumpa app from Google Play or App store and access the Contest Page at hacebook.com/MumpaParentship and answer the questions posted there with suitable answer(s).

Winner Selection & Notification:
Potential winners will be selected through a lucky draw after the closing date and time as mentioned above. The decisions of the judges of the Contest are final and binding on all matters relating to the winners and prizes. Each Winner will be notified on the Facebook page of Mumpa and would also be contacted on the email id (if) mentioned.

** Mahindra Holidays reserves its right to add to or remove any Resort/s from the above list at its sole discretion. An updated List shall be displayed at the holiday voucher redemption page https://www.clubmahindra.com/. The enumeration of any Resort in the above list does not guarantee a booking against requisition.
** This complimentary holiday can be availed only in the following periods Jan 27th – Mar 31st, July 1st – Aug 13th, Aug 16th – Oct 06th, Nov 03rd – Dec 15th
** Availability of Resort & Apartment is subject to change from time to time and can be confirmed basis real-time online availability as and when you login for the purposes of the seeking Booking.

** Accommodation will be provided free of cost basis apartment category reserved only to the number of individual as permissible and provided for in the given apartment category no further accompanying guests shall be allowed. All other costs, including but not limited to cost of travel, meals, taxes (including luxury tax where applicable) and cost of using various services and facilities at the participating resorts, will have to be borne by the bearer of the Holiday Voucher.

** The Booking should be confirmed within the validity period.
** Room availability is on ‘First Come – First Serve’ basis
** Mahindra Holidays shall provide alternate accommodation, if for some reason, it is unable to provide holiday after issuance of confirmation voucher in the allotted resort.
** An Electronic Confirmation Voucher (e-CV) would be sent to your email address registered with us within an hour from the time of booking. You can also print the Electronic Confirmation Voucher (e-CV) by providing your registration number and email address registered in our website.
** To honor your reservation, please carry the Confirmation Voucher with a valid government photo identity proof at the time of checking at the resort.
** This Holiday voucher is non-transferable and valid for only one Confirmation Voucher (CV). Holidays once confirmed cannot be cancelled or deferred or gifted.
** The stay under Holiday Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other GV/Offer/Facility/Right.
** MRPL reserves the right to deny the offer to any customer if required, to avoid misuse of the offer
** MRPL reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify the T&C of the offer any time after initiation
** The participants agree and acknowledge that the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of this contest, between MRPL and any customer(s).
** In no event shall MRPL be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising under this contest or otherwise.
