The sponsor of this activity/program(“Program”) is Baggit India Pvt. Ltd (BIPL) having its office at 313,Narayan Udyog Bhwan, Chiwda Galli, Lalbaug, Mumbai 40012 India.

Terms:
1. The Contest is valid for Indian Citizens, who have attained the age of 18 years or , except NRI’s, employees and family members of Baggit India Pvt. Ltd. and their suppliers, dealers/franchisee/ distributors etc.

2. Guess The Mood will be open from 11th March,2016 to 15th March,2016 between 11:00 A.M till 8:00 P.M. for offline mode . The Online contest will end at 15th March,2016 on 8:00 P.M. and will not be applicable in the states of Andhra Pradesh; Karnataka; Kerala; Tamil Nadu; Telangana in India wherever it is prohibited under any law.

3. BIPL reserves sole right to (a) Withdraw the activity at any time (b) curtail/extend the period of the activity, without assigning any reasons whatsoever. (c) ’Ban’ participants from the fan Page on grounds of profanity, obscene content or spamming,
4. Benefits under the activity are not assignable/ transferrable and/or could not be exchanged for cash or any other benefits with BIPL and/or other participant/s.
5. BIPL shall neither be held accountable nor responsible to the Participants for their personal views on any platform, online as well as offline directly/indirectly linked with BIPL.

6. BIPL retail brand name with Logo, content, design and entries therein are the sole and exclusive property of Baggit. Use of logo or brand name of Baggit to promote other products on Twitter Page/Facebook page/any other social media or digital platforms, by any entity or individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.

7. BIPL reserves its right to modify any terms and conditions, including the prize of this activity without giving any prior notice or without assigning any reasons whatsoever and the same shall be binding on the participants (online/offline) entering into this contest..

8. Decision in respect of the activity, selection process, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be at the sole discretion of Baggit and shall be final and binding on all the Participants and/or Winners and no correspondence by any Participant and/or Winner shall be entertained in this regard and any claim by any participant and/or winner on the grounds of any ambiugutiy shall not be entertained by BIPL or any authorized representative/agent of BIPL.

9. Contest Details : The contest is named “ Guess The Mood “ contest. The participant has to guess the mood and send an sms to 56767. He will get an discount for participation of Rs 500/- on purchase of Rs 3000/- and above . Valid from 16th March,2016 to 29th March,2016

10. BIPL will select one lucky winner among the received entries who will get a chance to win a “Fashion Trunk” containing the BIPL bags worth Rs.20,000/-. No way the winners/participants shall claim any cash on M.R.P or any discounted rates.of the “Fashion Trunk” containing the BIPL bags. However, this condition shall not be applicable to the states wherein this contest has been expressly prohibited under any existing laws.

11.The participants by entering into this contest agrees and authorizes to be contacted by BIPL through its representatives/authorized agent/s through e-mail or phone solely for the purpose of marketing promotions/offers conducted by BIPL from time to time. Baggit assures and guarantees that any such personal information/contact or any details entered into by the participant shall be strictly confidential.;

12. BIPL reserves its right to disqualify any participant/s or group/s sharing the views/opinions contrary to law and public morality/decency or defamation/obscenity/profanity against any religion/community
13.The winner of this contest will be announced within 10 days of the closing of the contest.
14.The lucky winner will receive the prize within 30 days depending upon the geographical distance/mode of transport etc.
15.BIPL may call the lucky winner for promotional activities, however it shall be at BIPL’s sole discretion and BIPL’s decision in this regard shall be final.
