(1) Definition of eligible subscribers:
(a) Prepaid Subscriber-The Eligible User will be an active prepaid subscriber of ICL Rajasthan and should have got his mobile number recharge transaction on ICL Rajasthan network of either of the denominations, i.e. INR 98- (Rupees Ninety Eight only), INR 179/- (Rupees One Hundred Seventy Nine only), INR 199/- (Rupees One Hundred Ninety Nine only) or INR 249/- (Rupees Two Hundred Forty Nine only) or INR 294/- (Rupees Two Hundred Nine four only) (“Eligible Denominations”).
OR
(b) Postpaid Subscriber-The Eligible User means any Post-paid idea Rajasthan subscriber who has paid his post-paid usage bill through the www.ideacullular.com for his Mobile Number Connection
OR
(c) The Eligible User means any prepaid or postpaid idea subscriber Rajasthan who install Idea app on his handset and/or recharge with Re. 1 through the Idea App
OR
(d) The Eligible user means who purchase new Idea Postpaid connection
OR
(e) The Eligible User means any active Pre-paid idea Rajasthan subscriber who recharged online for a denomination above INR 50/-(Rupees fifty only).

Additional action to be done by any of the above eligible subscribers to avail the benefit (in case they do not already have the MMT App on their phone):
i. Once an Eligible User has performed either of the required activities as mentioned above in Clause (a) or (b) or (c) or (d) or (e) above will receive an SMS from Idea with a static MMT MAT based App install links that will be configured for the Idea campaign by MMT.

ii. Upon receiving the SMS Eligible User will take following necessary steps:
** Installing the MMT App using the link provided by MMT
** Logging in or Signing Up on the MMT App
** Completing the OTP/Missed call verification flow to confirm the Mobile number of the user.
** Upon complying with the above requirement MMT App will get installed

All such mobile numbers for which subscribers have completed the above steps or already have the MMT App will be validated by MMT based on the Criterion of New & Existing users of MMT.

The New & Existing users are defined below :
i. Each MSISDN will be looked up into MMT historical database of device IDs, Email ID and Mobile Numbers to ascertain whether the user is installing the app for the first time (Such users will be called “New Users”) or having previously installed MMT app (Such users will be called “Existing Users”).
ii. MMT cash-in-wallet will be credited as per predefined denomination value amount as mentioned in the table below in MMT wallet of New Eligible Subscribers within 48 hours of downloading the MMT App and of Existing Eligible Subscribers within 48 hours of completing any of the actions defined in point (1) of T&C.
