** This Contest shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
** SPIL will select the winner(s) from amongst all eligible and correctly-answered entries by random selection.
** SPIL’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** Mere participation in the contest does not entitle any entrant to win a prize.
** Prizes to be distributed in this contest shall neither be transferable nor exchangeable with other prizes or cash.
