1. Sponsor :
#ScreamForWonderla (the “Contest”) is organized by Wonderla Holidays Ltd (“Wonderla”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at 28th Km, Mysore Road, Bangalore – 562109

2. Eligibility :
** The Contest is open only to the residents of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and to those who have attained Legal age or are older than 18 years at the time of entry and have a valid residential address, contact number, e-mail address and a Facebook profile.
** Employees including workers, business associates of Wonderla, and subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of the Contest or production or distribution of Contest materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations of India.

3. How To Participate :
(a) Participation and Submission:
** People interested in participating in the contest would have to like Wonderla’s Facebook page and post a thrill-face group photograph with their friends (the “Submission”) as per the guidelines posted on the Facebook page of Wonderla.
** The persons featured in the photograph would be collectively referred as the “Participants”.
** The person from whose Facebook account the submission is being made would be referred as the “main Participant” and rest of the people featured in the photograph will be referred as, “Other Participants”.
** Each Submission must have the hashtag (#ScreamForWonderla) in all their posts for the entry to be considered.
** No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest.

(b) Submission Guidelines:
** The photos uploaded for the purpose of the contest would have to feature the person from whose Facebook account the submission is being made (“Primary Participant”) along with a group of friends.
** Any photo that doesn’t feature the Primary Participant or features only one person will be considered as an invalid entry.
** There is no restriction on the number of people that can feature in the photograph. But the contest benefit will be limited only to maximum 4 people in the group.
** Participants can send in only one entry within the stipulated contest duration. One participant may only use one account to participate.
** The submission must be void of any obscene or vulgar photos, use of abusive language or special character strings not defined under the provisions of the contest guidelines.
** Entries not conforming to the same will be disqualified from the contest without assigning any reason. No communication shall be entertained in such matter.
** Any fraud or mischief will be deemed disqualified from the Contest.
** The Main Participant would have the sole responsibility of securing consent of the Other Participants. The Sponsor would have no responsibility incase such consent has not been taken and if there is a dispute or objection related to the same in future.
** Any attempt by any participant to interact with Wonderla’s Facebook page by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of that Participant’s Submissions and that Participant may be disqualified from this Contest.
** Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible or misdirected Submissions, which are disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

(c) Contest Period:
The Contest will consist of the following phases:
** Contest Start Date – 11th March, 2016
** Contest End Date – 19th March, 2016
** Announcement of Winners – On or before 31st March, 2016
** The above dates are tentative and subject to change at the sole discretion of Wonderla without any prior notice.

4. Selection Of Contest Winners
** A jury empaneled by Wonderla would select maximum up to 250 submissions (total 500 people) basis the number of likes of the submission, quality of the imagery in line with the contest objective and any other parameters as may be deemed fit by Wonderla at the time of selection.
** The decision of Wonderla in this matter will be final. No further representation or correspondence will be entertained once the results are announced.
** Winners will be announced on the Facebook page and/or website of Wonderla.
** Winners will be notified by Facebook message/post and/or via email.
