Student Paper Presentation Competition :

All the students are hereby informed that Tech CLUB is going to organize a STUDENT PAPER PRESENTATION COMPETITION on April 09th, 2016. Interested student are requested to register their names, paper topic at Proctor Section.

Why HASTAKSHAR:- Identity of a person is HASTAKSHAR.
AIM:- To encourage student interest towards Research Area and reduce the hesitation for stage performance.

Theme:- Student should present their paper, ask the question to participants and encourage their interest towards Research Area.
“Doesn’t matter language and topic the one that matter is your Creativity behind your research area”

Procedure:-
1) All participants have to register before one month of the event date.
2) Nominal fee will be charged from the participants for event management.
3) All participants must follow the college uniform as dress code otherwise they will not be entertained.
4) Paper will be of standard format which will be provided to the participants via Email one week after registration.
5) Participants will have to submit the abstract of their paper via Email two weeks before the paper presentation date.
6) Participants will have to present their paper on Power Point.
7) Participants will have to submit two copies of their paper, one for Judges and other for themselves.
8) Judges for the paper presentation will be the faculty of respective Branch/Stream.
9) Debate in the presentation will be in between the Participants, Judges and Audience.
10) Marking of the paper will be as per IEEE standard.

Hope:- we hope that our college will provide us the conference hall facilitated with the projector, perfect sound system, video recorder and refreshment if possible.
