Terms & Conditions:

1. This CONTEST (“Contest”) is open only to Indian citizens residing in India, aged 18 years or above, who are existing and valid mobile “Subscribers” of IDEA CELLULAR LCOMVIVATED (“IDEA”) MP circle, as per established norms and guidelines of the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India.

2. The Contest is organized for the subscribers of IDEA and is managed by TECHZONE An EROS International Company (“TECHZONE”). TECHZONE will be responsible for the content, conduct, organization & gratification of the contest end to end as well as the selection of the winners. The role of Idea will be restricted only and exclusively to that of a telecom service provider.

3. The Contest is neither open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA and TECHZONE, nor their relatives.
4. The Contest shall run for a period of two months 19th Mar’16 to 18th May’16. The Contest is valid only in IDEA- MP Telecom Circle.
5. Participate in Contest and Win Recharge worth Rs.100/- every alternative day and one subscriber will win a BUMPER prize of Rs. 2000/- worth of data after the contest ends

6. Prizes for eligible winners will be as follows:
a) BUMPER prize winner will be chosen through the below Key Performance Indicator. Number of movies watched / Total time (minutes) spent on the portal or whichever is higher
b) Daily recharge winner will be the person who has subscribed FIRST for the Rs29/M Service

7. Incase user Take Content multiple times it will be cumulative of Revenue.
8. The winner/s shall be intimated weekly (Friday) by TECHZONE or IDEA, by way of telephonic call and SMS, on confirmation of the list of winners.
9. Neither IDEA nor TECHZONE will entertain any requests for exchange in lieu of the prize/s.
10. The prize/s of the Contest will be given only to the winner/s in whose name the mobile phone number is registered. The winner needs to be an active IDEA Subscriber at the time of receipt of prize/s.

11. Neither IDEA nor TECHZONE will be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons:-
a) Users is unable to browse contest
b) User is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest
c) User is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;
d) User is declared as a winner but is aged less than 18 years of age or is incompetent to enter into a contract
e) Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA / TECHZONE

12. Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winner/s or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against TECHZONE or IDEA.

13. The prize/s shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws. All applicable regulatory and statutory duties, cess, surcharges, taxes (including TDS), insurances, transfer fees, registration fees etc. that may be applicable to avail/use the prize/s will be borne by the winner.

14. IDEA and/or TECHZONE shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations contained herein, caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terrorist attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

15. IDEA and/or TECHZONE shall not be liable for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, circular, notification, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance / cancellation as soon as possible, through the IDEA website.

16. TECHZONE shall not be liable for any loss or damage or any third party claims, arising as a result of any cancellation of the Contest for any reasons whatsoever that are not attributable to TECHZONE act or omission.
17. Neither IDEA nor TECHZONE shall be responsible if the user is unable to participate in the Contest due to network failure, network congestion, network unavailability or any such technical issues faced by the user.

18. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

19. The participation in this Contest implies unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest by the users.
20. The decision of IDEA and TECHZONE as to the interpretation of any of these terms and conditions shall be final and binding on the Participants.
21. Any disputes with regard to the Contest, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
