Inter College Prayer Competition:
We wish to inform you that our institution in association with Lions Club of Surat North has proposed to organize an inter college “Prayer Competition” on Friday, Date 17/7/2015 under the aegis of Saptdhara Sarj anatmak Abhivyakti Dhara.

It is a humble request to nominate one contestant from your college to participate. Please send the details of the participant latest by Date 15/07/2015.

Competition : Friday, Dt. 17/07/2015 Time : 11:00 a.m.

Venue : Arts & Commerce College Amroli, Multimedia A.C. Hall, Room No. 15

Rules for the Competition :
1) Any Graduate or Post Graduate student of recognized college of Gujarat State (regular course) (not correspondence course) can participate.
2) Only one participant, maximum can take part.
3) Prayer can be presented in Gujarati, Hindi or English language.
4) Maximum time allotted is 3 to 5 minutes.
5) Participant cannot use any musical instrument.
6) Judgment will be mostly based on the technicalities of singing such as rhythm, beat, lyrics & melody.
7) Participant standing ?rst will be awarded Rs. 401/-, second will be awarded Rs.301/- and third will be awarded Rs.201/- along with the certi?cates.
8) The decision taken by the judge shall be considered final by the participants as well as the institution.
9) Any change in the competition can be made by the organizing institution only.
10) Last date for receiving the application will be 15/07/2015.
11) The travelling expenses of participants shall be home by the respective institution. In addition to this, the participants are supposed to carry their l-card & the participation letter with them.
12) It is compulsory for every participant to send their registration details one e-mail principal@amro]icollege3urat.com and mention : (a) Name of the participant (B) Name of the Event (C) Name of the college (D) Contact details.
13) The age of participant, on the day of competition is not more than 25 years
