This Campaign is brought by “Reckitt Benckiser (India) Private Limited”, being an existing company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 227, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, Okhla, New Delhi – 110020 (“the Company”).

**  By entering the Veet #Girls on the Go Contest (“the Campaign”), the Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the decision committee designated by the Company for the Campaign (“Decision Committee”).

**  The Company reserves its right to amend these terms and conditions anytime without reason, notice and without being liable. No correspondence from the participants or otherwise in this regard will be entertained.

**  To participate in the Campaign, Participants need to log on to the veetgirlsonthego.com through their google or facebook accounts and share images of their girl’s group of four (one female participant and three female friends) mentioning as to “why an all-girls trip is a great idea?”

**  The most creative group images of the Participant and the Companions and answers to “why an all-girls trip is a great idea?” (hereinafter collectively referred to as the (“Entry(ies)”) as chosen by the Decision Committee shall stand a chance to win a grand holiday to Bali for three nights and four days for the Participant and the Companions (“Gratification”).

Terms & Conditions :

** Employees of the Company, its Associate companies, Distributors, appointed agency/entity holding the Campaign, their families and immediate relatives are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

** The Campaign is valid from March 15, 2016 to May 31, 2016(“Campaign Period”), for female Indian nationals residing in India who are eighteen years of age or above and not older than thirty years of age or above and who are not legally ineligible to participate for any reason whatsoever.

** To participate in the Campaign, Participants need to log on to veet girlsonthego.com through their google or facebook accounts and share their Entries by using #Veet Girls on the Go.

**  The Participants are expected to like Veet India Facebook Page and follow the @VeetIndia Twitter page.

** The Company shall select 4 (four) most creative Entries as the Winning Entries as per sole discretion and decision of the Decision Committee, which decision shall be final, binding and non – challengeable.

**  Winning Entries shall be eligible for the Gratification, subject to the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
** Participation in the Campaign is discretionary and no purchase of product or no participation or other fee is required for participation
** The Participant must read and abide by all the terms and conditions before taking part in the Campaign.

**  The participation in the Campaign shall imply that Participant has read through and agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions in totality and be bound by them and that her participation in the Campaign is at the participant’s sole risk and is governed by the terms and conditions herein

** The Gratification consists of overseas travel. Therefore,
(i) the winning Participant shall confirm her and her Companion’s acceptance and availability on the designated travel dates per itinerary under the Campaign and associated terms and conditions, within not later than seven (7) days of communication by the Company of their selection and;

(ii) the winning Participant(s) and Companion(s) must possess valid travel documentation and visa prior to departure; failing either of the afore stated, the entire Gratification shall be forfeited and the Participant shall be deemed to have declined the Gratification and the Decision Committee shall be at discretion to choose another Participant and her Companions as the winner.

**  In the event of acceptance of any Gratification by few of the Companions only and not by all, the Company shall be at liberty to either conditionally allow or to forfeit the entire Gratification for such Participant and Company’s decision in the matter, including conditions imposed, shall be final, binding and non-challengeable.

** Inclusions for Gratification shall include only such expenses which have expressly been earmarked to be inclusions as per the Itinerary for the Campaign as shared by the Company or its Campaign partners (“Inclusions”) to the exclusion of all other expenses/ costs.

**  All such exclusions shall be borne by the winning Participants and the Companions themselves. Monetary value of the Gratification, choice of airlines for travel, itinerary, stay and sight seeing options at the travel destination and everything related to the Gratification shall be subject to sole discretion of the Company and shall be final, binding and non-challengeable

** In respect of the Gratification, the winning Participant and her Companions shall be responsible for all that is required for the Campaign, including, without limitation, the following

i) Paying all costs and expenses which do not form part of the Inclusions including, without limitation, all expenses of personal nature, all fees, charges, taxes, levies and cess, fines and penalties, if any, imposed on the Participant or her Companions, all incidental costs and efforts related to the Campaign etc

ii) Arranging appropriate travel and medical insurance at their own expense
iii) Payment of Visa fees and compliance with Visa rules and regulations of the travel destination
iv) Travel requirements and compliance with the Campaign itinerary
v) Compliance and respect for local laws and customs of the travel destination
vi) All terms and conditions as communicated by the Company or it’s agencies for the Campaign, from time to time

** Gratification to be won under the Campaign shall be subject to terms and conditions of the Travel and Airlines company(ies), availability of flights and accommodation, local laws, visa rules and travel conditions applicable to the travel destination and covenants of all other agencies and Campaign partners.

**  The Company holds no responsibility in relation thereto and disclaims all liability associated therewith

** Any incomplete (e.g. group photograph of the Participant with less or more than three female friends), indecipherable, entry /submission by a Participant is liable to be rejected without assigning any reason thereof.

**  Any decision taken by the Decision Committee for rejecting any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge

** The selected Participant (s) shall be intimated about the decision of the Company and/or further details related to the Campaign through its Facebook page or direct messages by Veet India’s Facebook, Twitter Page, profile, or on their email id, by not later than June 15, 2016.

**  However, there shall be no liability on the Company in the event such intimation/ communication does not reach such Participants on any account whatsoever

** One Participant cannot make more than 10 (ten) Entries. If more than one Entry of a single Participant is chosen for Gratification, only one such Entry shall be considered to the exclusion of others and selection of the Decision Committee in this regard shall be final, binding and non – challengeable.

**  Participants of the Campaign cannot make entries in name of any person other than themselves, regardless of whether or not the Participant has submitted her own entry

** Gratification under the Campaign shall not be transferable. Mere participation in the Campaign shall not entitle a Participant to the prize. No other person or agent can claim the prize on behalf of the Participant

** The entries found to be copied, modified or otherwise treated with ‘wrongful intent’ will be disqualified without further reference.

**  Write ups or entries found to have illegal or offensive content will also be disqualified without further reference and the Participants shall be solely liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
