** The campaign is conducted by Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL) for the product Godrej Expert Rich Crème.

** This campaign is only open to legal residents of India & the laws of India govern this competition.
** No person who is a director, employee, sponsor or agent of or consultant to GCPL or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate to a director, employee or agent of or consultant to GCPL is eligible to participate or enter this campaign.
** The contest is applicable till the period of the campaign.
** Participants can enter only once from the same mobile number.
** To enter, participant must follow the instruction as mentioned during the mobile call.
** The successful participants will get a chance to win recharge coupon worth Rs.10/- and 8 participants with all correct answers will get a chance to win an Android-enabled mobile handset worth upto Rs.4000/-.
** Merely participating in the contest does not guarantee winning of either recharge coupon or mobile phone handset.
** The winner will be selected and announced fortnightly till the period of the contest basis the participants in that fortnight.
** Entries are only valid if they are completed correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
** The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
** The winners may be requested to participate in publicity connected to this contest. The prize winners grant permission for the use of their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material for this contest.
** The winners shall be informed on his mobile number or through SMS.
** Any loss of prize shall not be reimbursed/ renewed by the GCPL.
** GCPL has endeavored to make all reasonably practicable arrangements to minimize communication system difficulties but can make no guarantee therefore and shall not be liable for any failures in the same.
** GCPL shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the participant is unable to participate due to failure on part of the telecom operator, internet provider, facility provider, etc.
** In the event of GCPL not being able to contact the winners GCPL reserves the right to select other winners.
** Participants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the competition; GCPL must collect and use personal information about participants. This competition is conducted under the terms of applicable privacy statements.
** The decision of the contest is final and no correspondence will be entered into this regard.
** GCPL reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion, without recourse.
** GCPL is not entering into any contractual, legal or any other kind of relationship with itself and the participants or between participants in running this contest.
** The persons wishing to participate in the contest and the Participant(s) therein shall comply with the laws of India and the Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
