Pink Power Contest :

Pink Power”, an initiative by Inorbit Malls (India) Private Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Inorbit”) that aims at discovering and encouraging women to develop unique and exceptional retail business ideas (retail products/ services) by providing a platform for women who aspire to start their own business venture.

Inorbit would under its aforesaid Initiative, hold a contest (“Contest”) open for participation by potential women entrepreneurs [women having retail business ideas (retail products/ services)], requiring them to submit their business ideas for scrutiny and adjudication by an in-house jury (“Pink Power Team”), which will identify the best business idea. The best business idea would be provided retail space opportunities in Inorbit Mall for their launch.

Terms & Conditions:
A. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the Contest.
B. Your participation/ enrolment for the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate/ enrol in the in the Contest undertaken by Inorbit. Inorbit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
C. The Contest shall be conducted at Inorbit, Malad, Inorbit, Vashi, Inorbit, Vadodara, Inorbit, Cyberabad & Inorbit, Whitefield (herein severally referred to as “Location”). The participation/ enrolment in the Contest shall be open to women residents, residing within the municipal limits of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Baroda, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
D. Employees and Consultants (including their families) of Inorbit and its Service Providers / Sponsors working on / sponsoring this Contest are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
E. Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest
F. Inorbit shall declare 3 winners from each Location. The winners will be announced on 19th May, 2016, and shall be available on inorbit.in/pinkpower/. Inorbit reserves the right to alter the date of announcement of winners, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

G. The winner shall for the period beginning from 7st July, 2016 to 31st March, 2017 be entitled to:
** An opportunity to put up kiosks (depending upon the business idea) for a period of 8 months, 25 days,.

The location to be decided by Inorbit at its sole discretion, subject to the participant:
** being responsible for procuring all permissions / licenses at its cost
** executing necessary documentation with Inorbit for the permission granted by Inorbit
** at its cost working with Inorbit Team for set up of the kiosk/ stall as per Inorbit guidelines.
** adhering to the Inorbit Mall Rules and Regulations for operating at Inorbit Mall
** being responsible for bringing the merchandise.

H. Select shortlisted participants, shall also be provided:
** An opportunity to connect with national & international brands and evaluate the possibility of a tie up where in they can sell their products/ services.
** An opportunity to showcase products in weekend flea markets (adherence to the Inorbit Mall Rules and Regulations shall be mandatory for participation).

Rules of Participation:
1. The enrolment will commence on 8th March, 2016, the last day of submission of enrolment form will end be 8th April, 2016.

2. To participate / enrol in the Contest, the participants need to either:
** log on to inorbit.in/pinkpower/ ;
** You can also download the form on inorbit.in/pinkpower/. The completed form can be submitted at the Information Desk of the specified Inorbit locations with 2 passport size photographs, PAN card copy and an address proof.

3. You shall be required to submit a unique retail business idea/ plan, in the manner prescribed. The retail business idea/ plan must be the original work of the participant. The participant shall also be required to submit a valid id proof, residence proof and 2 latest passport size photographs.
4. By submitting a retail business idea/ plan, you represent and warrant that you have all right, title and/or interest in the retail business idea/ plan submitted and the information you present is accurate and complete.
