How To Participate?
**  Its 4 pm. They’re gonna be hungry and you being mom, have to out something on the table, right away!

**  They are hungering for something tasty. You’d prefer what they eat to be nutritious and healthy. As usual, the trick is to balance it out, right?
**  Share with us a recipe that always works for you as well as your hungry child!

1. Click on the “Snack Attack” link above how to participate and share your creation!
2. The judging criteria will be a mix of creativity, originality and presentation.
3. The contest will run from March 9 to April 8, 2016.

*Please note that all recipes will go through a process of moderation and will only then be visible on the site/contest board.

*Please ensure the recipe images you upload are not watermarked, copyrighted or bear any promotional content. These will be removed during moderation.

Terms & Conditions :

** worldofmoms.com recommends that Participants read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully prior to accessing the Application. Any usage of the Application by the Participant shall automatically mean his/her acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.

** This Activity will be open to all registered account holders (“Participants”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions of worldofmoms.com, or otherwise.

** Employees, officers and directors of worldofmoms.com and its agencies, their immediate family members (Parents, spouse, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household of such employees/ officers/directors, whether related or not are not eligible to participate.

Contest Guidelines: The worldofmoms.com Snack Attack Contest is open to registered users of the worldofmoms.com platform.

Winner Criteria: Snack Attack Contest will be judged by an internal panel of judges identified by worldofmoms.com

** Scope of worldofmoms.com’s liability worldofmoms.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses to the Eligible Applicants or any third person in relation to the Entries.

** By virtue of submitting the Entry, the Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to agree, affirm and declare that the Eligible Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless worldofmoms.com, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents and other personnel against any claims, losses, damages, expenses which may be raised by any third party.

** Regardless of the merits of any such claim by a third party, worldofmoms.com shall be entitled to proceed on the basis that the Entry breaches these Terms and Conditions and may proceed against the Eligible Applicant as per legal remedies available.

** In the event that a selected Entry is shortlisted and/or wins, and is later on Contestd by a third party, worldofmoms.com shall have the right to disqualify the Eligible Applicant from participating in this Snack Attack Contest any further and / or collecting any prizes as available under this Jab We Met Contest.

Winning: The decisions made by such jury panel with respect to the Winners shall be final and binding in all respects.
** In the event Snack Attack Contest results are tied among two or more participants, the winner will be selected through draw of lots. Decision of worldofmoms.com shall be final and binding, no correspondence shall be entertained.

** Within 96 hours from the announcement of the results of the Snack Attack, the Winners shall be contacted by worldofmoms.com via email provided by the Eligible Applicant and shall be informed that they are eligible for the Prize.

**  The email sent by worldofmoms.com shall have instructions on the further process required to be adhered to by the Winner(s).

** In the event the Winner(s) fails to adhere to the instructions, that Winner’s selection shall be invalidated and worldofmoms.com shall not be liable to that Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever and may, at its sole discretion, select another Winner(s).

** In the event that the selected winner cannot be reasonably contacted within 15 days from the date of announcement of the winner, he/she will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification hereunder and intimation of selection of an alternative winner by worldofmoms.com.

** Eligible Applicants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the Prize. worldofmoms.com shall not be held responsible for ineligible Entries or Entries fraudulently made by the Eligible Applicant. Proof of age or eligibility is required.
