Satara Hill Half Marathon 2015 :

The Satara Hill Half Marathon is held annually in the historic city of Satara, the erstwhile capital of the Maratha Kingdom founded by the legendary Warrior King Shrimant Chhatrapati ShivajiRaje Bhonsale.

Marathon Date : 6th September 2015

The Satara Hill Half Marathon is a proud member of the AIMS [ Association of International Marathons and Distance Races ]

Usually held in the first half of September , the event attracts runners from all over India as well as elite athletes and running enthusiasts from all around the world.

The fourth edition of this popular event will take place on Sunday, the 6th of September 2015.

Registration :

The registration process for SHHM 2015 starts on Tuesday, 7th April 2015 at 00.00 hrs on the occasion of World Health Day.

There will be limited registration slots available for Out station runners.

The registration for the Half Marathon will be closed as soon as we reach the maximum number of 2000 Out station runners [ or on 31st May 2015, whichever happens first.]

The registration fees for the various events are as follows

Half Marathon (21.1 km) – Rs. 1300

7.5 km Run – Rs. 800

Dhamaal Run – Rs 200

The fee covers entry to the event. We also provide you with the Official Race T-shirt, Timing chip, Goodie bag , Race Bib, a beautiful Finisher’s medal, E-certificate and refreshments during & after the run.

Where does the race start ? Where does it end ?:
The route for all the races is an OUT & BACK course.

The Starting point as well as Finish point is the Satara Police Parade ground, near ST Bus stand Satara, meaning we start and finish at the same place ,the Police parade ground.
