Freedom To Choose Contest :

1. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to your participation in a contest called Freedom to choose “Contest” conducted by Durgamaya Entertainment Pvt Ltd. (DEPL)

2. Your participation in the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate in the Contest.

3. The Contest timelines are as follows:
i. Registration Starts : 1st March 2016
ii. End Date of Entries – 15th April 2016
iii. First Phase Results – 25th April 2016
iv. Grand Finale – 5th May 2016

4. The Contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only.
5. Employees of DEPL & its subsidiaries/group companies and their families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
6. Minors below 7 years as on 1st March 2016 are not allowed to participate in this Contest.

Rules for participation in Contest:

Online Registration:
** Those contestants that live in different cities can fill in the sign up form available on the Contest website, freedom2choose.in
Applicants must fill in all the required details and also upload a 50 second video showcasing the reason/talent in their career aspiration & why they should be selected.
** The entries will be screened in DEPL and only selected candidates will be given scheduled call backs for the 2nd phase of the contest, at the contest venue decided by DEPL, which will go on for 3-4 days in Delhi as per the schedule.

Guidelines for participation in Auditions:
i. The selected applicant is required to bring their original ID Proof along with certificate & Medals (if any) to support their desired career dreams.
ii. The costumes must be of a single/block color like green, yellow, red, blue, etc. The applicants must not wear clothes in black or white colors or clothes with stripes or checks.
iii. The applicant must carry valid id proof and two photocopies of the same. The id must correspond to the ID used for online sign up (if applicable).
iv. The applicant must carry 2 passport size photographs.

Selection and Elimination Process:
i. Applicants must come to the Contest as announced on DEPL for each city.
ii. Applicants must be between 7 to 24 years of age, as on 1st March, 2016.
iii. All contestants would be expected to comply with guidelines for the contest as listed in Clause 3 above.
iv. At center, the number of applicants will be judged over several rounds of elimination. Just short listed in 1st round in Contest does not guarantee selection for the following round.
v. Selected Finalists must travel to Delhi for the Second Phase of the Contest.
vi. Selected contestants themselves will arrange from each city to travel to Delhi by train. In case a train is not available on the given dates they will have to arrange for travel by Bus. Which later will be reimbursed by DEPL but & only upto an amount of Rs 2000/-.
vii. Once in Delhi, DEPL will arrange for their Accommodation, Food & local transport to and from the Contest location.

viii. Contestants will be required to stay in Delhi Accommodation up to the end of the schedule or till the time they are asked/sent back by DEPL. The winners may be required to stay in Delhi for an additional 2 days for Publicity & Promotion purposes.

Rules for the final 200 contestants selected after clearing 1st phase of contest:
i. The final selected applicants agree to abide by all guidelines set down for the Contest and they shall make themselves available to DEPL for the duration of the Show.
ii. Each of the selected applicants will be required to sign a formal agreement with DEPL without which they shall not be allowed to participate further.
iii. Under no circumstances will a participant be allowed to drop out from the Contest/Show after reaching the finals. The dates for the 2nd phase will be conveyed to the participants well in advance.

iv. The applicants will be required to be available for a minimum of 10 days to DEPL each year for a period of five years from the date of signing of the formal agreement, for the purposes of publicity and promotion in DEPL programming, events, advertisements etc.
