Quiz Factory Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. The Contest “Aircel Quiz Factory” (hereinafter referred to as ‘Contest Contest’) is open for all valid pre-paid and postpaid subscribers of the Company (“Service”).

2. This is a limited period Contest. The Contest shall commence on 30th January, 2016 at 00:00:01 hrs and shall conclude on the 28th April, 2016 at 23:59:59 hrs (“Contest Period”).
3. The Contest requires the Participants to answer the posted questions. The Participant shall get points for each correct answer. The winner will be selected on the basis of maximum number points collected during the Contest Period.

4. This document is an electronic record in terms of the information technology act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the information technology act, 2000. this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
5. These terms and conditions contained herein govern the terms of participation in the contest. participants entering the said contest shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

6. Contest Participation:
Registration:
** Only valid and subsisting Aircel subscribers will be able to access and participate in the Contest.
** The employees of Company and Timwe and their group affiliates or associate companies are not eligible to participate in this Contest
** Any postpaid Subscriber with any outstanding amount as dues against the monthly bills generated by the Company shall not be eligible to be declared as a Winner or participate in this Contest.
** If a prepaid subscriber fails to recharge and subsequently is not charged for the Contest then the said Participants subscription shall be suspended.
** And similarly if the customer requests refund to the call center for the service and if the same is credited back to him he will be disqualified from getting the prizes.
** Also if the points gained by the customer are not proportionate to the amount that is charged from his number he will not be eligible for the big prizes.
** By subscribing to the Quiz Factory, you indicate your acknowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for this Contest, Subscriber must fulfill the following criteria :
** Subscriber must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
** Subscriber must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.,)
** Subscriber must be either an active existing, or new subscriber of Service during the Contest Period.
** Subscriber must have submitted the full set of valid documents as per DOT guidelines, at the time of taking connection.
** Subscriber must not be any person/their spouse/blood relative who has won a bumper prize/mega prize for the next 3 subsequent contests.
** The subscriber has to be an active Subscriber during the Contest Period. If the Subscriber does a National MNP within Aircel’s service areas, during the subsistence of the Contest Period, then in that case he has to re-register for the Contest.

8. To subscribe to the Quiz Factory::
** The Subscribers must send an SMS with the word to 584661 for which Rs.5/day will be charged or SMS with word to 585662 which shall be charged @ Rs. 30/week or SMS with the word to 584663 which shall be charged @ Rs. 75/month; or
** Dial 58466 to subscribe to the Quiz Factory; or
** Alternatively Access the link at m.quizfactory.net

9. To Play Quiz Factory on Pay per use model:
** The Aircel subscribers shall send an SMS with the word to 58466 which shall be charged at (Rs. 2/SMS) or
** Dial 58466 Short code which shall be charged at Rs. 2/min
** On sending the request, the Subscriber shall receive an acknowledgement SMS telling him/her that his/her service request has been accepted and is being processed.
** He/she shall then be sent an appropriate confirmation SMS once his/her request has been confirmed.
** Once the customer becomes a Quiz Factory Participant, he/she shall get an SMS informing about the current or upcoming competition, as well as the prizes to be won during the Contest Period.

** In case of Prepaid Subscribers, on activation, if a Quiz Factory Participant does not get charged due to zero balance on his prepaid, he will be able to play 2 questions per day, for a period of 2 days, without any points being attributed (that is both correct and wrong answer will be awarded 0 points).

** If the Participant does not get charged for the next 8 days continuously, then the system shall automatically suspend the subscription of the said Participant on the club.
** If a Quiz Factory Participant wants to unsubscribe from this Contest then the Participant can do the same by dialing 155223 (toll-free) or by sending a SMS STOP to 155223 (toll-free), from his/her Aircel mobile phone.
** A Subscriber can subscribe and unsubscribe to Quiz Factory multiple times during the Contest Period- i.e. if he/she unsubscribes from the Quiz Factory, he/she can subscribe again, at any point of time, if he/she wishes to do so.
** The subscription activation and deactivation can take a maximum time of 4 hours to be processed.

2. Contest Mechanics:
** Customers shall be charged for the Quiz Factory Contest @ Rs.5/day, Rs.30/7days day or Rs.75/30days, wherein they shall receive SMS alerts, wallpapers and text contents for the Contest.
** Quiz Factory is a skill based contest. For the Participants who decide to continue in order to win Prizes, the quiz system shall ask a question with a choice of 2 answers (wherein one of the answers is correct and the other one is wrong).

** The Participant shall answer the question by sending an SMS with the answer (which shall be a numerical denomination of either 1 or 2) or via the Voice Short Code 58466, by pressing the keys 1 or 2 while dialing 58466 or alternatively by choosing hypotheses 1 or 2 through the link m.quizfactory.net.

** Consequently when the Participant answers a question, he/she shall receive the next question, and so on the quiz shall continue.
** For each correct answer the Participant shall get credited with 100 points and for every wrong or invalid answer, shall be credited with zero points.
** Participant’s points’ counter may take up to 24h to be fully updated.
** For any clarification needed, Participants shall send an email to support.qf@timwe.com, wherein all the queries shall be answered within 48h from Monday to Friday.

10. Gratification:
Daily Prize: A Participant, who earns the highest scores during the day across Aircel circles, will win a Cash Recharge to top 2 users of each circle worth 100 INR.

Weekly Prize: One participant who has the highest score during the week (Saturday 00:00:00 to Friday 23:59:59 across Aircel circles) will be eligible to win a Honda Activa Scooty.

Monthly Prize: Two participants who have the highest score during the month (30 previous days before 28th February, 29th March and 28th April across Aircel circles) will be eligible to win a Maruti Suzuki Baleno Delta (first highest score) and Gold Voucher worth Rs. 100,000 second highest score of the month.

Mega Prize: One participant, who has the highest score at the end of contest, will be eligible to win a Honda City worth Rs. 9,000,00.
