Get Set Win :

The organiser of the “GetSetWin – A Polycom Partner Program”(“the Program”) is Polycom Authorized distributors in India region. (“Sponsor”).

The Program is valid from 1 March 2016 to 30 June 2016 (“the Program Period”). All eligible claims must be received by Polycom no later than 30 June 2016 5pm (New Delhi time).

The Program is open only to:
** Polycom resellers in India only.
** Polycom resellers who have completed Polycom sales and technical certifications for both voice and video endpoints.
** Polycom resellers who have received the eDM invitation from Polycom to participate in the program.
** Employees of eligible Polycom resellers who are at least 18 years of age and /or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of resident.

The Program is not open to:
** Employees of Polycom and its affiliates, and their respective immediate families;
** Employees of Polycom distributors in India and their respective immediate families;
** Employees of the marketing agencies which may be utilized by Polycom for the Program and their respective immediate families;
** Individuals who are residents or are residing in any country or jurisdiction where Polycom products are not certified for sale or use; and
** In any country where the Program is prohibited or restricted by law or employment policy

All eligible Polycom resellers who submit claims pursuant to the Program are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the Program and have ensured that their employees comply with the terms and conditions of the Program.
For the purposes of the Program only, the applicable conversion rate shall be US$1 = INR65.

A claim shall be considered to be an eligible claim for the purposes of the Program if:
** A Polycom reseller has sold to an end user customer the qualifying Polycom products in the respective minimum quantities required during the Program Period, as evidenced by such Polycom reseller’s official invoice to such end user customer;.
** The qualifying products must be purchased from an authorized Polycom distributors in India during the program period as evidenced by the POS reports submitted to Polycom by such authorized Polycom distributors and.
** Such Polycom reseller submits its claim(s) through the Progam’s portal at getsetwin.in and fulfills all conditions set out in such portal. Any claim which is incomplete, contains irregular or invalid information or is corrupted is void and will not be accepted..

The following claims shall not be eligible:
** Polycom products that are not covered by the Program;
** Sale of Polycom products that are covered by the Program but not within the Program Period;
** Purchase of Polycom products that are covered by the Program, other than from an authorized Polycom distributor in India; or
** Purchase of Polycom products that are covered by the Program from an authorized Polycom distributor in India outside the Program Period.
