Please read these rules before entering the Pennyful.in “March Madness: Shop & Win” (the Contest). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you have read the official rules.

Eligibility:
** To enter the ”March Madness: Shop & Win” Contest, you must be a legal resident of India. Pennyful.in employees, their immediate family members (spouses, partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the ”March Madness: Shop & Win” contest.

** Same person will not be entitled to win multiple prizes; this is to give everyone a fair chance to win.

How To Enter:
You may enter the ”March Madness: Shop & Win” beginning at 12:01 a.m. (IST) on March 18th, 2016 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on March 31st, 2016 (the “Contest Period”).

To enter:
** A single transaction on Pennyful.in is required with a minimum order value (MOV) of Rs. 500 or above. You are free to choose from 500+ online stores that we have partnered with. An eligible participant will be selected at random from all the correct entries at the end of the ”March Madness: Shop & Win” Contest period.

** Contest Prize & Winners: 1 Lucky Winner will win Coolpad Note 3 Mobile and 5 Lucky Winners will win Rs. 500 Amazon Gift Card and 10 Lucky Winners will win 10 Exclusive Pennyful T-Shirts.

Prize Drawing:
** Participants, who have taken part in the Contest, will be entered into a random draw of lots. We will pick a winner after the Contest Period.
** We will notify each lucky winner by e-mail next working day following the drawing, and he/she will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.
** We will select an alternative potential winner if any winner does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria. Limit one prize per person.

This Contest is governed by the laws of India. The Contest and all accompanying materials are by Pennyful.in. All rights reserved. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize. We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. You agree that our decisions related to the Contest and the lucky draws are final.

Contest Winners Announcement:
We will confirm the winner via email next working day following the drawing and you can expect your prize within 7 to 15 working days from the date of announcement. The prizes (Coolpad Note 3 Mobile and T-Shirts) will be home delivered directly to the winner’s address, which we will collect from the winner via email. Amazon Gift Cards will be emailed directly to the winners’ Pennyful registered email address.c
