9th All India Police Shooting Sports Championship 2015:
The Central Reserve Police Force has been entrusted the responsibility to conduct the 9th All India Police Shooting (Sports) Championship-2015. The Championship will be held at Group Center, CRPF, Kadarpur, Gurgaon (Haryana) from 1st to 5th of September, 2015. The Competition will be conducted in accordance with the Rules & Regulations laid down by the NRAI/ISSF as amended from time to time and the conditions prescribed in the General Rules of the All India Police Sports Control Board, New Delhi.

Venue:
The Group Centre, CRPF, Kadarpur, Gurgaon (Haryana) is situated at the foothills of the Aravali range about 20 Kms. from Gurgaon town on Gurgaon-Sohna Road. Its distance from New Delhi Railway Station is 50 Kms and from Indira Gandhi International Airport is 30 Km.

Climate:
Weather during the month of September largely remains hot with temperature ranging from 25° to 35° C. Therefore, the participants are advised to bring adequate bedding and mosquito net.

Reception:
The Reception of the participating team will be arranged as per following schedule:-
i. Officers arriving at Delhi by Air will be received at the Arrival Lounge of IGI Airport, Delhi.

ii. The teams arriving by train will be received at the Delhi/New Delhi/Nizamuddin Railway Stations.

iii. The teams traveling by road are requested to reach Group Centre, CRPF, Kadarpur, Gurgaon.

It is requested to intimate the date & mode of travel, well in advance for making necessary arrangements for reception, accommodation & conveyance. On arrival at Delhi, the participants are requested to contact our Reception Centers at the Airport/Railway stations. The Teams will be provided with a Liaison Officer (LO) for guiding them during the Championship. Participants are also requested to get their return journey reservation done in advance so as to avoid any inconvenience.

Transport:
Transportation from the place of arrival to the venue and daily conveyance to & fro from the place of stay to the venue of competition will be provided to the participants and officials which shall only be available from 30th August, 2015 onwards.

The Teams are requested to contact the Reception Centers/Organizing Secretary for the purpose.

Delhi Police, Haryana Police, Punjab Police, UP Police, Rajasthan Police, BSF, ITBP, CISF, RPF, SSB. NSG, NDRF are requested to make their own transport arrangements during the Championships.

Entries:
The participating teams are required to submit entry forms in prescribed format in triplicate with required entry fee duly signed by competent authority. A model entry form is enclosed herewith for information (Appendix-A). The complete entry form along with the eligibility certificate & Entry fee @Rs. 50/- per participant including Team Manager, Reserve, Coaches, Doctors and Adm. Staff etc., in form of bank draft in favour of “The DIG(Sports) CRPF” payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch, New Delhi is required to be sent to the undersigned so as to reach this Dte on or before the 31st July, 2015.

Practice:
The shooting range at GC, CRPF, Kadarpur, where the competition is being held, will be made available to the participants only one day before the competition commences as per rules and regulations.

Conduct Of The Games:
The 9th AIP Shooting (Sports) Championship 2015 shall be conducted on the terms and conditions as laid down by the ISSF/NRAI and AIPSCB at GC, CRPF, Gurgaon (Haryana).
