Dr.B.R. Ambedkar 125th Birthday Celebrations :

The attention of all the Principals of APSWREI Society and Zonal Officers is drawn to the subject cited.

The APSWREI Society has decided to celebrate Dr.B.R.Ambedkar’s 125th Birthday Celebrations, in APSWR institutions by conducting Literary activities and competitions.

In this regard, the following instructions are issued
1. Schedule and details of Competitions
The literary activities and competitions should be held at school level, district level, and State level for Junior level students(V to VII) and Senior level students(VIII & IX).

2. a) For School level competitions, all the interested students from junior level and senior level should be permitted to participate.

b) The students who win in junior level and senior level competitions at School level are eligible to participate at District level competitions @ one student from junior level and one student from senior level.

c) The students who win from junior level and senior level competitions at District level are eligible to participate at State level competitions @ one student from junior level and one student from senior level from all the districts.

3. The topics for the competitions should be mainly related to the life and contributions of Dr.B..R.Ambedkar. The suggested topics for the School level competitions and District level competitions are enclosed herewith as Annexure-I The Principals/Convenor Principals may include any other better topics other than the above.

The teachers concerned should prepare the students on the topics. The topics for the State level competitions will be communicated 3 days before the scheduled date.

4. The Convenor principals have to make meticulous arrangements at the venues of competitions of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar’s 125th Birthday Celebrations. Further, they are also informed to arrange safe transport for the participants to and fro to attend District Level Competitions.

5. The detailed guidelines on conduct of competitions, evaluation are enclosed

6. The Convenor Principals are instructed to communicate the winners junior level and senior level at District level to Society Head Office on 7.4.2016 by 6.00 P.M. to make arrangements for conduct of State Level competitions.

7. The Principals concerned are requested to arrange Printing and supply of Participation Certificate to all the participants at school level. The Zonal Officer should issue the Certificates to the participants at School Level.

8. The Convenor Principals concerned are requested to arrange Printing of Award Certificates, Citation of Honour, Participation Certificate to all the Winners and Participants at District Level and State Level.

The certificates for district level and State level winners will be given (signed by) by the Secretary , APSWREIS, Hyderabad.
