Eligibility of the prizes:
** A Customer is only eligible to win if he / she has purchased a product during the promotional period between 1st April – 10th April 2016 midnight
** If the customer has made the payment for the order to Homeshop18 .
** Product as per the order having been received by the customer .
** The Promotion is only applicable on all products irrespective bought via Our call centre , website or mobile app .

Prizes – Winner announcement:
** All winner announcements will take place either by Anchors on a LIVE show , Or will run via ticker on homeshop18 TV.
** The list of winners would also be listed on our website homeshop18.com or you can call our Call centre numbers for more information.
** All winners will be called within 24 hours of the announcement and informed of their winnings
** Any cancellation of an order for any reason whatsoever, will render the order number in-eligible for delivery of prize to the customer
** Any customers who wins a Prize where the value of the prize is less than Rs. 10000 will receive the prizes announced during the promotion by HomeShop18 within 21 days of booking their order .
** Any customers who wins a Prize where TDS is applicable will receive the prizes announced during the promotion by HomeShop18 within 21 days of receiving the TDS amount at the Office of Homeshop18
** All prizes are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS),. Pay Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at 30% applicable as per the Tax Law and Rules of the Income Tax Department, Government of India –.
** The winners will have to pay TDS before claiming the prize based on the cost of the product as per the supplier of the product.
