** This is a limited period Challenge offer and is valid from 10th April, 2016 till 20th April, 2016 only throughout India.

** This offer is valid only for Split Air- Conditioners of Aryabot Model.
** Video Surveillance feature shall be subject to installation of web cam into the product, that to be purchased extra, by the Customer.
** In order to participate in the contest or claim a free Aryabot AC, the customer must prove that there exists a Split Air- Conditioner (not locally made), as on date in the Indian market during the period of this offer, and which must have all 4 features, that are to be challenged under this offer.
** This offer will not be applicable on any proposed launch by any competitor of an Air- Conditioner.
** Any customer claiming that an Air- Conditioner possessing a single or a mix of any 4 exclusive features of Aryabot AC, shall not be entitled to claim the free AC.
** In order to be eligible to win the contest all the four exclusive features must be present in a single Air- Conditioner existing in the market as on date.
** The demo of the Aryabot AC is only available only on select Authorized dealers of the Company and the contest can be played only through the selected authorized dealer premises only.
** The successful demonstration of the product shall depend on Wi-Fi connectivity and the internet speed at the dealer premises. Any technical snag or poor connectivity will not account for failing the contest.
** In case the Customer wins this challenge, the company will give free split AC of Aryabot Series – model VSX33.WV (1.0 Ton), however will be given without any accessories.
** The customer has to bear all taxes, if applicable.
** In case more than one person claims to be the winner, the winner shall be chosen by draw of lots, and the decision of the company in this regard, shall be final.
** Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
** The Company shall decide the winner if any at its sole discretion.
** All disputes relating to this offer shall be decided by sole arbitrator to be appointed by the company and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Aurangabad (Maharashtra) only.
