Eligibility to avail the Offer:
** This Offer is open and valid for all existing Subscribers of Idea, who have successfully subscribed to the paid MCI (Missed Call Alert) Services and keeps the said MCI Services activated during the Offer Period
** Subscriber must be 18 years of age or above.
** He/she must be a citizen of India.
** He/she must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.
** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement or selection of highest scorer and should ensure that the paid MCI Services are activated during the Offer Period.
** Subscribers must belong to the Circle mentioned above and completes a minimum of 5 minutes usage in the Product.

Procedure to Participate in the WIN GOLD-MCI OFFER:
** To participate in the Offer, a Subscriber is required to subscribe through OBD, SIVR, IVR, SMS, WAP, USSD etc.
** To be eligible to be a highest scorer, the Subscriber has to ensure that the paid MCI service remains active during the Offer Period and during the end of the Offer Period.

Applicable Charges:
Highest scorer Selection:
** Participating Subscriber who has remained active on Paid Keyword during the Offer Period will be eligible to participate in the Offer. The Subscriber shall during Offer Period and based on the Gratification (as detailed herein below) would be taken on IVR and will be asked a set of ____20___skill/knowledge based questions.

** The participant who answers the maximum questions correctly in the least time, will be selected as the highest scorer and will be eligible for the Gratifications as defined herein below.

Tie Breaker:
In case of a tie, all such tied numbers will be eligible to participate in a tie-breaker round of questions and answers on IVR. Based on the performance in the tie-breaker round the MSISDN who has scored maximum points in the least time would be selected as the highest scorer.

Gratification:
** At the end of offer Period, i,.e. after three months, based on the questions answered through IVR one Highest scorer with the highest score would be eligible for such gratification. (Details of the Gratification is given in the table herein below as Table 1).
** The venue, date and time of which shall be announced by the Organizers, at their sole discretion, subsequent to the completion of the Offer Period.
