** We take immense pleasure to invite your School/Club/Institute to participate in 4th Baba Gang Nath Delhi State Swimming Competition 2016 to be held at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Swimming Pool Complex at Central Ridge Forest Area, Talkatora Road, New Delhi on Sunday, 22 May 2016 at 10am onwards.
** The detailed list of age groups, events, general rules and regulations for the participating teams can be downloaded from our download section.
** Last date to submit entries: 9 May, 2016.

Entries :
** Each swimmer may compete in a maximum of 2 individual events.
** A school/ club/ academy can enter a maximum of three competitors for any individual event and two teams for relay event.
Important:- National players can take part only in 1 event

Submitting Entries : Entries must include swimmer’s name, age, school or club, event name and the swimmer’s best time for that event.

Eligibility :
** Open to all age-group swimmers.
** No swimmers will be allowed to participate without submitting the age certificate or passport along with the entry forms duly signed by the
** Head of Education Institution and birth certificate from NDMC/MCD.
** This is an open invitational meet open to all swimmers (ALL SWIMMERS ARE WELCOME).

Entry Fees :
** The entry fee for participation is Rs. 500/ – per student and Rs. 500/ – per relay team.
** Every participant will get finisher medal and participation certificate after completion of the race & a complimentary juice.

Awards :
** Cash prize, merit certificate and medals to top 3 finishers in each age group per gender.
** Late Shri Dhruv Batra new meet record trophy to the record breakers. “Speedo Best Swimmer Award” in group 1 and 2 (both boys and girls).
** 1st Place Rs. 700, 2nd Place Rs. 500, 3rd Place Rs. 300, participation certificate for all participants. (We might increase the amount of cash prize if we get sponsor)
Important:- Cash reward of Rs. 700/-, 500/- & 300/- is not proposed for the relay events. Cash reward only for the individual events.
