If you want timing chip you have to pay Rs.300 extra. Above fees do not include timing chip. Timing Chip is significant cost and many runners are not interested in getting one and paying for it. So it is optional.

Note: Winners for Half Marathon and 10K are determined by timing chip. If you do not have a timing chip and if you come first you are not eligible for the winner’s trophy.

BIB Pickup
Reduce the stress on race day, race kits will be . Each runner will receive one Racer Kit.

Please bring the following documents with you:
Registration Confirmation or Form Receipt mail. Please do not print this out if you are a smart phone user!
A Photo ID proof.
If a friend/relative is collecting your racer-kit for you, a letter of authorization.

Your racer-kit contains:
Your DFR bib (chest number)
Race information leaflet and map
Safety pins to fasten the bib to your t-shirt
Your race t-shirt (if you have opted to pay for one)

Change of category (last date 25th July 2015)

Unlike most races in the country, we like to give our runners a chance to run more than what they signed up for or give those who over-estimated themselves a chance to still enjoy the race.

No changes in category is possible after 25th July 2015. You need to send us an email at with your Name, email address, phone number, Category you registered for and the new category you want to register for.

Cancellation: (last date 26th July 2015)
You shouldn’t even be thinking about this!

Last date for cancellation: 26 July 2015, no exceptions will be made.

We feel really sorry for those who may miss out on this event. Except for a cancellation fee of Rs 150 that will be deducted, you will receive a cheque for the balance amount in the participant name by July 25, 2015. You need to send us an email at buddy@runbuddies.club with your Name, email address, phone number, category you registered for. The email must be sent from the email address registered with us for that registration.

No refund for request received after 26 July 2015

Last Date For Registrations:
Registrations for all categories will close on 19th July 2015 OR once all the slots have been filled, whichever is first. No one will be permitted to register on the day of the race. Entries that have not been received by the closing date will not be considered.
