Full Marathon :
Age limit :
** The minimum age to register and run the Airtel Hyderabad “Full” Marathon is 18 years.

Registration Fee :
** The Registration Fee for the Full Marathon is Early Bird offer 1 – Rs. 1040 (From 1st April, 2016 to 30th April, 2016) and Early Bird offer 2 – Rs. 1170 (From 1st May, 2016 to 31st may, 2016) and Regular Registration – 1300 (From 1st June, 2016 to 31st July, 2016).
** All Registration Fees are to be paid online and in full, before your race entry can be confirmed.
** If you have a coupon code , you may avail its value by entering the coupon code during the payment part of your online registration.

Approval Criteria :
** Should have run at least a full marathon / Half Marathon on / after 1st June, 2015.
** Timed run, with certificate, from the timing partner of the race, to be uploaded.
** Runners who ran the full marathon in < 6hrs and half marathon in less than 2:30hours will be considered as qualified.
** Valid Timing certificate to be uploaded while registration.
** Final decision to accept or reject any application for full marathon lies with the AHM 2016 Organizing committee.

Registration Confirmation :
** Since we have introduced an eligibility (timing) criteria this year for the Full Marathon, we will need time to verify and confirm your participation.
** Your entry to the AHM 2016 Full Marathon will be processed, in a week, after receipt of your registration fee.

Half Marathon :
Age Limit :
** The minimum age to run the half marathon is 15 years. If the runner is below 18yrs he or she should submit a Parental Consent Form

** The Registration Fee for the 10K Run is Early Bird offer 1 – are Rs. 800 (From 1st April, 2016 to 30th April, 2016) and Early Bird offer 2 – Rs. 900 (From 1st May, 2016 to 31st may, 2016) and Regular Registration – Rs.1000 (From 1st June, 2016 to 31st July, 2016).

5K Fun Run :

** The Registration Fee for the 5K Fun Run is Rs. 600.

Age Limit :
** The minimum age to register and run the AHM | 2016 5K Fun Run is 7 years.

Important Information :

** Remember to bring your all-important bib to the race. The timing tag is attached to your bib. Do not bend your bib in any way or it will damage the timing tag.
** Mind your neighbour. Please don’t jostle or shove.
** Follow the course. Always!! Any deviation could result in your timing not getting recorded or worse, you getting disqualified.
** Please ensure you cross the timing mats wherever present. Not crossing the timing mat may result in your timing not being recorded.
** Drink fluids. We’ve provided water stations along the course. Please use them. In case you need help, there are volunteers and race marshals along the route.
** There will be toilets on the course. Out of respect for the local residents and businesses we would ask you to use these and not a handy bush or tree.

** We accept that you need to discard water bottles and paper cups. In consideration for the safety of your fellow runners, use the Waste Disposal Containers provided at the Aid Stations for the used cups or other waste. Try not to litter the road. Do not waste water & other fluids.

** Slow runners beyond the cut off times need to exercise extra caution. They can avail the the sweep vehicle which is following the slow runners to reach the finish point. The organizers of AHM | 2016 will not be responsible for safety, if the slow runners do not adhere the guidelines and precautions.
