My Quest For Baleno Contest :

The following are the terms and conditions governing the “My Quest For Baleno” (“Contest”) hosted by Star India Private Limited (“Star India”) on Star World SD & HD channel (“Channel”) for the promotion of the series “Quantico” (“Program”).

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest shall commence from 23rd April 2016 at 9:00 PM Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and shall conclude on 21st May 2016 at 10:00 PM IST (“Period”) on the Channel.
2. During the Period, the Contest shall be held on every Saturday from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM i.e. – 23rd April 2016, 30th April 2016 , 7th May 2016, 14th May 2016 and 21st May from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM and will be called as (“Contest Period”).

3. The Contest shall be promoted through on-air promotions on the Channel (promos, Astons, bugs etc.), online and any other manner as the Channel may deem fit, at its sole discretion, stating the mechanism in which the Participant(s) can participate in the Contest.

4. One (01) question shall be displayed on a promo of twenty five (25) seconds during each of the Contest Period. A total of five (5) questions shall be displayed during the Period i.e. one (1) question shall be displayed during each of the five (45) Contest Periods during the Period.

5. The question(s) shall be based on or relating to the Program along with the mechanism to participate in which the question(s) should be answered by the Participants.

6. To participate in the Contest the viewer(s) (“Participant(s)”) must watch the Program during each Contest Period on the Channel during the Period and answer the question(s) displayed on the Channel and send in their answer(s) by sending an SMS in the following manner “Alex” followed by <space> followed by the alphabetic code allotted to the multiple choice answer eg <A/B/C> to 57827 (“Entry(ies)”).

7. For the purposes of the Contest, the SMS will be deemed to be received when such SMS reaches the server of the concerned telecom/mobile operator. Any unclear/incorrect/incomplete SMS, including SMS with wrong characters, incomplete information shall be considered invalid entry and deemed null and void.

8. The cost charged to the Participants participating in the Contest by the respective network provider(s) shall be as follows:

9. In case of telecom, network failure and/or any other reason, Star India reserves the right to change the mechanism or take such necessary steps as it may deem fit.
10. Upon the Participant sending in their answer(s), the mobile number from which the Participant has answered would get registered with the respective network provider.

11. It shall be deemed that the person in whose name the mobile number is registered (from which the SMS is sent) shall be construed to have sent the Entry(ies) for the Contest. If the mobile number is not registered in the Participant’s name then Star India shall be entitled to forfeit that entry for the Contest.
