Kurkure Family Express Terms & Conditions:

1. Kurkure family express ‘Contest’ is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited (‘Organizer’).

2. ‘Participant’ – The Contest is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years of age or above (at the time of entry), who have at least 4(four) Family Members (as defined in Clause 12 below) willing to travel for claiming the Prize as well as the Grand Prize.

The employees, contractorsand family members of Organizer, Organizer’s associate companies, its bottlers, its JV Partners, its co-packers, its distributors, its agents, its advertising and promotional agencies, its auditors, their associate companies are not allowed to participate.

3. Contest is valid from11th April, 2016 till 21st May, 2016(“Contest Period”).
4. This Contest is being held under the supervision of an independent auditor (“Auditor”).
5. No purchase or consumption is necessary to participate in the Contest.

6. To participate in the Contest, the Participant has to follow the steps as detailed herein below:
a) Participant must have access to the internet, be able to access the Website (as defined below), and have the ability to post an image/video to participate in the Contest. Registration on the Website is free, and registration for the Website can be obtained by following instructions at kurkurefamilyexpress.com.

b) Participant shall visit the website kurkurefamilyexpress.com(“Website”).

c) Participants who are not registered on the Website shall register themselves through their Facebook or email account, by following the instructions mentioned therein. The Participants who are already registered shall log in to their account on the Website.

d) Once logged in, the Participants shall upload his/her photo/video with his/her family (which must meet the technical specifications provided on the website) from their Facebook profile or their computer drive. The Participants shall also fill the form required to be filled on the Website.

e) Videos must be a maximum of 20 seconds to be eligible and must meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
f) Image/videos shall be sent to the Organizer on the Website latest by 11:59 PM on 30th April, 2016 (“Due Date”).

7. Only such submissions of Participants which meet the criteria in Clause 9above, and are otherwise compliant with these terms and conditions, shall qualify for the Contest and will hereinafter be referred to as ‘Valid Entries’ or ‘Valid Entry’.

8. One Valid Entry will be accepted per Participant. In case a Participant submits more than one entry, either through one account or more than one account, then the entry submitted first in time during the Contest Period will be considered for judging, and all subsequent entries would be ignored, and no communication or claim would be entertained in this regard.Correct

9. Selection Criteria – Valid Entries will be judged basis their originality and creativity by an independent panel of judges.

10. Declaration of Winners and Prize :
(i) 40 (Forty) winners will be selected from the Valid Entries submitted on or before the Last Date.

(ii) Each winner would be contacted on the phone number shared by them at the time of registration on the Website, thrice over a period of 48 hrs. In case the winner is not reachable or the Prize cannot be redeemed by him for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to either forfeit the Prize or pass on the Prize to another Participant (chosen on the basis of originality and creativity of their Valid Entry) without any further notice to the winner who could not be contacted.

(iii) The winners will also be asked to share/confirm their details i.e. name, e-mail address, contact no, residential address etc. as requested by the Organizer.

(iv) Each winner will get a Train ride on Kurkure Family Express on any of the following sectors(“Sector”) :
1. Delhi – Mumbai
2. Mumbai – Chennai
3. Chennai – Kolkata
4. Kolkata – New Delhi

(v) Organizer shall at its sole discretion decide which winner shall travel on which Sector and the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding. No request for change in this regard shall be entertained by the Organizer.

(vi) All the costs relating to travel from the winner’s place of residence, to the Starting Point, and back from the Ending Point to the residence of winner will be borne by the Organizers. All other expenses not expressly included above will not be borne by the Organizers or any other agency on Organizer’s behalf, and will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

(vii) Each winner can take minimum 4 up to 6 family members on the above mentioned train ride, and such family members must be either the father/mother/grandfather/grandmother/son/daughter/wife/husband/son-in-law/daughter-in-law of the winner (“Family Members”). The family members who the winner brings along for the train journey may or may not be the same family members who are captured in their Valid Entry.

11. In addition to the Prize, the Winners of the Prize will have a chance to win Grand Prize which will entitle them a Trip to France and Italy for duration of 6 night and 7 days (“Grand Prize”) and a chance to Feature in Kurkure Commercial Advertisement (“Video Feature”).

12. Grand Prize :
(i) For the Grand Prize, the Organizer will organise and conduct various fun games, activities, contests during the train journey for participation by winners and Family Members. The winners of the Prize and Family Members will be entitled to participate in the said games/activities/contests, as per the instructions, guardrails and rules set out by the emcees and/or representatives of the Organizer and can score points for each such game/activity/contest (“Train Activities”).

(ii) 4 (four) Families with the top scores as per the rules of the Train Activities communicated to them, will be declared as the Grand Winners.

(iii) Each Family may participate in all Train Activities or either of them, or not participate at all and will be scored accordingly.

(iv) All costs relating to travel from the winner’s place of residence, boarding and lodging (Organizer’s choice of hotel shall be final) for him/her and his/her Family Members for 6 night 7 days , food, will be borne by the Organizers. All other expenses not expressly included above will not be borne by the Organizers or any other agency on Organizer’s behalf, and will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

(v) The Grand Prize Winner will be informed of the date and travel details by the Organizers. The Winner will need to confirm the participation within 24 Hours of the intimation received by the Winner.

(vi) Each Grand Prize Winner would be contacted on the phone number shared by them at the time of registration on the Website, thrice over a period of 48 hrs. In case the Grand Winner is not reachable or the Prize cannot be redeemed by him for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to either forfeit the Prize or pass on the Prize to another Participant without any further notice to the winner who could not be contacted.
