MFI Celebrations Offer:

** The “MFI Celebrations Offer” (“Offer”) is provided by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited.

** The Offer is valid across all States of India except where prohibited by law.
** The Offer is valid from 29th April to 15th May 2016 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
** The Offer is applicable on select models of Consumer Electronic products, Samsung Smartphones & Tablets as detailed in the Annexures respectively (collectively called as “Products”).
** The offer shall be applicable on purchase of the Products from Samsung Exclusive Stores, select Multi Brand Stores, Modern Trade Stores, leading electronics & Mobile store (hereinafter called as “Outlet”).
** The offers shall also be applicable on purchase of the Products made from Samsung India e-store.
** The offers shall be applicable only on genuine Products of Samsung purchased from authorized Outlets only. The Offers shall not be applicable on purchases made from third party ecommerce portals except specifically mentioned in the clauses below.

The respective offers for Samsung Smartphones, Tablets and Consumer Electronics are as under and may vary depending on the models/ products purchased as detailed below:

** Up to 20% Cashback on MRP option is available on select models only. The list of such select models is given in Annexure A.

+Easy EMI:
** Easy EMI facility of 12 by 4, 18 by 4, Rs 999 by 9, 20 by 4 is available on select TVs and is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their sole discretion. Detailed list is available in Annexure A.

~~~Free Home Theater Offer:
** Free Samsung Home Theater System model HT-J5100K/XL worth Rs. 19 990.00 would be given on purchase of select models of LED TV, as detailed in Annexure A.

*** 2 years Warranty (1+1):
** The extended warranty (1+1) will be valid for the specific models purchased between the promo period. 1st Year of warranty is the standard warranty which is applicable from date of invoice. The 2nd year warranty which is applicable from the date of expiry of the standard warranty is applicable only on Panel failure. The list of applicable models is detailed in Annexure A.

Process to avail Extended Warranty:
** Installation call for the TV purchased during the offer period i.e. till 15th May 2016 shall be registered latest by 31 May 2016 and installation must complete by 25th May, 2016.
** Customer has to handover one copy of invoice to the engineer during installation/demo. In case of non availability of Invoice, Warranty extension will not be applicable.
** One Year extended warranty is applicable from the date of expiry of 1st year warranty i.e. 1+1 year.
** The 1 year extended warranty is applicable only on Panel failure.

Terms & Conditions For Extended Warranty:

** The terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty are supplement and in addition to the terms and conditions provided on the Standard Warranty Card supplied with the Product.
** Under this offer the extended warranty will be valid for the specific models purchased between the promotion period from 29th April to 15th May, 2016.
** 1st Year of warranty is the Standard Manufacturer’s warranty as detailed in the warranty card which is applicable from date of invoice. The 2nd year warranty which is applicable from the date of expiry of the standard warranty is applicable only on Panel failure.
** This Extended Warranty is confined to the first purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Product only and is non-transferrable. Extended Warranty applicable only on Panel failure.
** Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Service Centres or its Authorized Service Centres or it’s Dealer’s Service Centres.
** In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the Product, this Extended Warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the Extended Warranty.
** Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the Extended Warranty period.
** During the period of the Extended Warranty the Company’s obligation under shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only.
** The maximum claim /s if entertained by the Company will be subject to the maximum listed price of the Panel of the Product or the purchase price of the Panel part of the Product, whichever is lower.
** In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the Company’s prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the Purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
** The Extended Warranty does not cover any accessories external to the Product.
** Customer has to handover one copy of invoice to the engineer during installation/demo. In case of non-availability of Invoice, extended warranty will not be applicable.
** Extended warranty is subject to verification of the documents and/or information provided by the customer and Samsung reserves the right to seek such additional documents and/or information from the customer as it may deem appropriate.
** In case the customer wants to cancel the extended warranty before completion of the extended warranty period, there shall be no refund of the charges for the unexpired period of the extended warranty.
** The warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear of the parts or defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
