Terms & Conditions:
1. There shall not be any entry fee for the purpose of participation of this Event.
2. The parents should provide entire details first and last name, age, school details etc of their kid along with parents email, telephone and mailing address.
3. Upon submission of this form, the parents/participantsaccept the competition’s rules and conditions of the participation.
4. The Company shall have every right to reject in-complete submission form.
5. The Company shall select the winners at its own discretion and decision of the jury will be final and binding on the participants.
6. The Company reserves the right to assert claims for damages if the event cannot takes place as planned due to unavailability of participants.
7. All submissions should meet the minimum age criteria (2-8 years) to be considered in the competition.

8. I am aware that my kid will be photographed/filmed at the time of Event and all the photographs/films/video clippings/audio recordings taken of my kid during the time of Event will be sole property of Company and I shall have no claims whatsoever. As a natural guardian/parent I agree to let the Companyto use these photos/videos to be used on its websites, promotional materials, press, media and other marketing activities carried by it from time to time.

9. Any lack of information/misleading information can lead to disqualification of the participant without notice.
10. Any extra cost required,apart from the cost the Company is bearing should be borne by the participant/parent.
11. If my kid selected and go through all the phases of competition my kid adhere to the format and be available whenever he/or she required at any time of the competition.
12. The Company shall have the absoluteright to appoint and replace judges at its own discretion, and the decisions of the Jury in the competition are final.

13. By participating in the Event, the participant grants the Company the right and utilisation of the image and video rights of her/his ( in particular, but not limited to photo and video material related to the award show and all events associated with the competition)and to citations of the same, as well as all other related rights for the purpose of all activities connected to the competition.

14. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time and or suspend, cancel or postpone or extend this contest/Event in its sole discretion. The Participants shall not have any claims or objections in this regard.

15. Final Little Icon winners will be announced for each competition on the day of the finale.
16. The winner of Max Little Icon will walk on the ramp of India Kids Fashion Week Event at Mumbai/Gurgaon on 3rd-4th-5th June 2016/ 17th-18th-19th June of 2016.
17. The same will be notified to the winner and their parent/local guardian on the day of the finale.
18. The winner and his/her family will travel to the India Kids Fashion Week Event at Mumbai/Gurgaon at their own expense.
19. The right to make changes in the sequence, programme and event dates of the competition shall be reserved.
20. Parents /Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of the Companywill be final and binding in all respects.

21. Parents / Participants who violate or fail to comply with these terms and conditions, or violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the contest, tamper with the operation of the contest, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Company or its employees, partners or any other participants (in each case as determined by Company in its sole discretion) will be disqualified.

22. The terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bangalore and same shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
23. All Disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
