** This competition is only open to citizens of India & the laws of India govern this competition.
** To enter this contest, participants must be adults i.e. you are 18 years or above.
** Winners will be selected basis the entries received in this contest and lucky draw. They will be gratified with Rising Pune SuperGiant’s IPL match game tickets, signed merchandise or vouchers.
** The contest will be advertised on social, digital media & mobile.
** The contest will run from 1st April 2016 to 31st May 2016.
** No purchase is required for this contest.
** There is no barrier on number of entries per person. Participants can enter as many times as they wish to.

** Winners shall be informed through Call & E-mail throughout the month of April & May 2016.
** The winners may be requested to participate in publicity connected to this contest. The prize winners grant permission for the use of their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material for this contest conducted by the Company.
** FIL has endeavoured to make all reasonably practicable arrangements to minimize communication system difficulties but can make no guarantee therefore and shall not be liable for any failures in the same.
** FIL shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the participant is unable to participate due to failure on part of the telecom operator, internet provider, facility provider, etc.

In addition to the rules set forth herein, participants may be disqualified or eliminated from the contest at FIL’s sole discretion without providing any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, any of the following reasons:
** Breach of any rule/regulation directly/indirectly pertaining to the contest;
** Breach of agreement with FIL in connection with the contest, if any;
** Breach of terms and conditions provided herein by the Participant by participating in the contest.
** Violation of any local, city, state or central laws, rules or regulations; or bye-laws
** Failing to disclose information or providing false information to FIL or causing false information to be provided or cause any act which is fraudulent for participation in the contest.
** if the Participant turns out to be someone alleged with a serious criminal offence including murder.
** If the Participant is found resorting to illegal measures to win this contest, including bribe, solicitation, mental or physical harassment, torture, etc.

FIL is not entering into any contractual, legal or any other kind of relationship with itself and the participants or between participants in running this contest.
