** This contest is intended for people residing within the territory of India only, during the time of the contest. Do not enter this competition if you are not residing within the territory of India at the time of providing your entry.
** Puresight Systems Pvt Ltd., the official distributor of iRobot India and the manager of the Facebook page of iRobot India, is hereby declaring a contest on iRobot India’s Facebook page.

Eligibility Requirements:
** The contest will be run solely on iRobot’s India’s Facebook page. The contest is open to legal residents of the Indian Subcontinent only, eighteen (18) years of age or older.

** Employees of iRobot Corporation (“Sponsor”), Puresight Systems Pvt Ltd., its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, franchisees, and advertising/promotion agencies involved in the administration of this Contest and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and spouse or “step” of each) and those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the contest. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period:
The iRobot India #Sorry4TheMess Contest will begin on May 1st, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. IST and end May 13, 2016 at 11:00 p.m. IST

How to enter:
** Visit our Facebook page (facebook.com/irobotindi…) between 1st May 2016 10:00 AM and 13th May 2016 11:00 PM and complete your submission in the manner provided.
** To enter, you must submit a comment/caption/photo/video and confess about the messes that you made as a child.
** Make sure to tell us how you think Roomba will be helpful for your mom. Such entry should be in the form of a comment to the pinned contest post on any of the contest days.
** There is no limit to the number of Entries an entrant can submit, however all Entries must be unique.
** Only comments/video/photos that will be added in the comments to the post of the contest will be eligible to be considered as a part of the valid entry.
** By commenting on the post, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and you have read and agree to these Official Rules.
** All entries are subject to verification and approval by iRobot India. Entries that do not meet the Contest requirements and Guidelines or otherwise do not comply with the Contest Rules herein may be disqualified.
** Such decision will be solely by iRobot India and iRobot India will not be obligated in any manner to provide the contestant with any clarification regarding the same.
** Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. iRobot India will determine in its sole discretion, what constitutes a valid Entry.
** All materials submitted become the sole property of iRobot and will not be returned or acknowledged.
** Additional requirements of Entry: To be eligible for the Contest and prize, an Entry must meet, and each Contestant hereby warrants by the submission of his/her Entry the truthfulness and accuracy of, the following additional requirements:
** The Photo included in the Entry is original and features the Contestant.
** The Contestant must have valid and adequate permission to use the name and likeness of any additional person that appears in the Photo.
** Excluding iRobot and Roomba Brand logos, the Entry will not depict any third-party intellectual property (NO logos, trademarks, images, or contributions by others. iRobot and Roomba Brand logos in the Photo are permitted, but are not a condition of entry).
