Terms & Conditions:
The rules listed below form the Terms and Conditions of Himalayan ‘#MyTravelogue’ Contest by NourishCo Beverages Limited. Please note that by submitting an entry (electronically), you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions. This contest is administered by NourishCo – Himalayan (hereinafter ‘Organizer’). The decisions of the Organizer for all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. Contest:
The Contest named Himalayan ‘#MyTravelogue’ shall remain open from 28th April, 2016 11:00am and shall end at 04:00pm on 6th May, 2016 (the “Contest Period”), and is sponsored by NourishCo, the Organizer.

2. Eligibility:
a) To be eligible for this Contest, An individual must:
(i) Be a resident of India;

(ii) Be of 18 years or above as on the date of Contest:
a) The employees of the Organizer or its affiliates or its agents are welcome to participate.
b) The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all persons participating in the Contest (“Entrants”). The Organizer also reserves the right to hold or withdraw the contest or change the rules at any time during the Contest period without any prior notice.

3. How To Enter:
(a) No Purchase Necessary. To enter the Contest, the Entrant must, during the Contest Period,
“Like” the Himalayan Facebook page on facebook.com/HimalayanNaturalWater
“Follow us” on Twitter twitter.com/Himalayan_IND
“Follows us” on Instagram instagram.com/himalayanind/

(b) The Organizer will, from 28th April 11:00am till 04:00pm, 6th May, upload a set of questions on Facebook , Instagram Twitter under ‘#MyTravelogue’. The Entrant must respond and participate using the hashtag ‘#MyTravelogue’. The Entrant, in order to register an eligible Entry, must use the hashtag ‘#MyTravelogue’ on Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter in his/her comment containing the answer.

4. Selection Of Winner:
a) The winners of the Contest will be selected following the close of the Contest Period by a jury of 4 basis the best story & picture
b) All images shared during the course of the contest needs to be authentic & its authenticity will be checked by our searching tools.
c) Two winners will win a couple’s retreat to The Wildflower Hall, Shimla for any 3 days. The winner chooses within the period of May to September 2016 which will be confirmed within 7 days of announcement of the winners.
d) The decisions of the Jury constituted by the Organizer shall be final in all respects and no dispute regarding the selection of winners shall be entertained at any time after the announcement of winners on the Himalayan Facebook page.
