The Marvel Store Share & Win Contest:

The Marvel Store Share to Win contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by The Walt Disney Company India Private Limited (“Brand”) through Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Details Of The Contest And How To Enter:
This Contest will commence from May 6, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on May 6, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must:
(a) Sign in to your Amazon.in account;
(b) Search for any product on the Marvel Store on Amazon.in;
(c) Visit the product detail page of such product;
(d) Using the Twitter social media button on the detail page, share the product on the Twitter along with the hashtag “#TeamCap or #TeamIronMan”.

** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who have shared the products on the Marvel Store link through their Twitter accounts in accordance with these T&Cs (specifically Section 2 above), 50 (fifty) participants will be chosen by a random draw of lots who will then receive a Contest question from Amazon through an email by 20th May 2016.

** E-mail your answer with the required details mentioned in the e-mail. Every participants who answers the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon shall be entitled to each win a Captain America Shield Power Bank (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”), which would be provided by the Brand.

** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest. The final list of winners will be announced by 31st May 2016 and the promotional gift will be delivered to the winners on or before 10th June 2016.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
** There are a total of 50 (fifty) Prizes that will be given as prizes as part of the Contest i.e. 1 (one) Prize shall be given to each participant who is declared a winner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest. In order to receive the Prize, each winner will have to follow such instructions as may be provided by Amazon to such winner.

** The Prize shall be provided by the Brand. You agree and acknowledge that Amazon does not have any role in the delivery of the Prizes to the selected winner and that you shall not have any claim against Amazon with respect to the same. Please note that the description of the Prize offered herein are displayed on an as-is basis for information purposes only and are subject to change by the Brand at its sole discretion.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
