#10JoyfulYears Terms & Conditions:

The Delhi Airport – #10JoyfulYears Contest shall be open from 10th May 2016 and shall close on 19th May 2016. (“Contest Period”).

** The Contest is open to residents of India who are above the age of eighteen (18) years.
** In the event that a person is below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this Contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the prize.
** This Contest is not open for GMR employees and their families.
** To participate in this contest, the contestant must use the following hashtags with their entries – #10JoyfulYears #WorldNumber1Twice
** By participating in the Contest you (i.e. “Contestant”) agree and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Contest mentioned here. DIAL reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest or its rules without notice.
** To participate in the Contest, you need to Like/follow and Share/RT official channels.
** The winners must share their Government issued ID and address proof to claim their prize.
** Daily gratification will be one Mi-Redmi 2 mobile phone the winner of whom will be decided by a random draw of lots from amongst the various daily entries collectively received on Facebook and Twitter.
** In addition, to the daily prize, one Bumper prize being a couple-trip to Australia which will be awarded to one winner chosen from all the entries received collectively on Facebook and Twitter during the Contest Period.

** The flight to Australia will originate from the IGI Airport, New Delhi and the winner would be required to bear the cost of travel to and fro to Delhi and other incidental expenses incurred in availing the bumper prize itself such as visa and passport cost etc.

** The trip to Australia would be required to be availed within a specified period after announcement failing which the same would expire.
** The winner will be chosen by DIAL and DIAL’s decision will be final and binding in this regard and no correspondence of any nature whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
** Any taxes, if applicable, on the prizes shall be borne by the respective winners who would be required to indemnify DIAL in this regard.
** The prizes shall not be transferable/redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained in this behalf. DIAL reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal value at any time.
** Daily prizes shall be delivered within a period of 60 days from the conclusion of the Contest Period.

** If the prize cannot be delivered at the address shared by the winner, the winner will have to collect the prize from registered office of DIAL, i.e. New Udaan Bhawan, Opposite Terminal 3, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi 110 037, at its own cost, within 90 days from the announcement of the such prize.

** DIAL reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
** All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights in the promotional material(s), any/all tweets, facebook comments and on-ground comments shall vest solely and exclusively with DIAL at all times.
** DIAL will have the right to reproduce all the comments/tweets in any and all formats, media and/or mediums including but not limited to television, internet, mobile, print etc. , without any permission and/or payment to the Contestants.

** The Contestant hereby warrants that your entry and all information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening.

** If relevant, DIAL reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.
** The Contestant shall indemnify and at all times keep indemnified and hold harmless DIAL against any claims, loss, damage that may be suffered by it as a result of such infringement by the Contestant without contestation or demur.
