#BringYourTastiestBowl Contest Terms & Conditions :

** “Bring your tastiest bowl” (‘Contest’) is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited (‘Organizer’).

** Contest is open to the Indian citizens residing in India, except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its JV partners, its bottlers, its advertising and promotion agencies and its auditors.
** The Participants should be over 18 years of age (‘Participant’/‘Participants). The Participant must necessarily have a valid Facebook or Gmail account.

** Contest is valid from 13th May, 2016 to 30th July, 2016 (“Contest Period”). The Organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever; and no communication in this regard will be entertained.

** This Contest is being held under the supervision of an independent auditor.
** By participating in this Contest, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein at all times without any exception whatsoever.

To participate in the Contest the Participant has to follow of the steps as detailed herein below:
** Visit the website quaker.co.in (‘Website’)
** Login through his/her Facebook or Gmail Account.
** Fill the entry Id form by filling in name, phone number (preferably a cell-phone number) and email id.
** Every Week (as defined below) the Organizer will specify instructions/ guidelines for preparing the recipe of oats for that particular Week.
** The Participant has to prepare the recipe following the said instructions or guidelines only, for that particular Week. Entries which do not match the weekly instructions/guidelines, will not be considered for this Contest.
** Participant shall share his/her recipe on the Website as in Clause 7 (d) above, along with the clear image of the prepared recipe and a pack of Quaker Oats. The image of prepared recipe and pack of Quaker Oats shall be submitted in one single image.
** Maximum size of the image should be 2MB.
** The recipe shall be prepared using vegetarian ingredients only. The recipe shall be prepared in such a manner that the defining character of the dish remains oats only.
** The resulting dish shall not have predominant character of anything other than oats.
** User needs to use a minimum of 4 tablespoons of Oats in his/her recipe bowl of oats that is being used as an entry.
** Invite his/her friends on social media to vote for his/her recipe by logging on to the Website – quaker.co.in (using Facebook or Gmail login) and clicking on the vote button for his/her recipe.
** Only such submissions of Participants meeting the criteria and procedure in Clause 7 above and are otherwise compliant with these terms and conditions, shall qualify for the Contest.
** The decision of the Organizer with regard to validity of the entries shall be final and no claim or communication with respect to that entry by the Participant shall be entertained by the Organizer.
** Participant, without any exception and at all times during the Contest Period shall follow all post and instructions given by the Organizer in its entirety.
** Any failure to comply with the instructions of the Organizer will result in the disqualification of the entry made by the Participant.
** Participant can participate in the Contest as many times as he/she wants during 13th May, 2016 and 23rd June, 2016 with different recipes.
** However, one Participant can be selected as the Final Participant only once under the Contest. Further, one Participant can win only one Prize under the Contest.

The Participants sending the entries after the last date of the Week, as defined below, will not be eligible for that particular Week, and therefore such late entry will not be considered for the Prize:.

Redemption of Prizes:
** The Winner will be contacted by the representatives of the Organizer on the contact number shared by him/her.
** The Winner would be contacted thrice over a period of 48 hours from the date of declaration of claim.
** In case the Winner is not reachable or the Prize cannot be redeemed by him/her for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to pass on the Prize to another Final Participant without any further notice to the Winner.
** The records maintained by the Organizer or its associates whether mechanically or manually would be considered final in regard to attempts made to contact the Winner.
** The Winners will be required to furnish the complete name, address and phone number and such other information/details as may be asked by the Organizer’s representative.
** Award of Prize is subject to the verification of the documents.
** The representatives of the Organizer will collect necessary documents i.e. photo-ID proof, residence proof, PAN card/ Original Form No. 60, and other documents, from the Winner against a receipt for verification by Organizer’s auditors.
** In case a Winner does not present the above documents, the Organizer would be within its rights to pass the Prize to another Winner or to forfeit the Prize, without any further communication to the Winner.
** After verification, the Winner will be informed about the entire process of redemption of the Prize.
