Ocean Limited Edition X Men Take A Selfie Contest :

Definitions:
** Contest – ‘Ocean Limited Edition – X Men take a selfie contest’ 2016 [Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore only]

** Contest management / organizer – Narang Buzz Pvt Ltd.

** Participant – Any person who wants to participate has to buy a bottle of Ocean X Men Limited edition fruit water from a store participating in this promotion, take a selfie along with the Ocean X men Limited edition bottle (visible in the pic) and share it on Ocean India Facebook page.

** We will select the best pictures and reward them with X Men movie tickets which would be screened on the 22nd of May, 2016 in the respective city’s – Mumbai/ Delhi / Bangalore only.
** Ocean regular flavours are also available without this offer in non-participating stores and outlets. Participation is optional.

Prize Details:
** A total of 500 movie tickets would be handed out in this contest in all cities.
** Each winner would receive 2 movie tickets
** Taxes, Transportation cost and toll, if any and all other costs to and fro the movie theatre would be borne by the participant.
** The choice of winner is solely in discretion of the organizers. Decision of contest organizers on the selection of winners will be final and binding.
** Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash.
** All the winners need to have access to a valid cell phone number.

Note:
The winner will be contacted by the representatives of the Ocean team on the telephone number from which the entry was sent and would also be tagged on Facebook informing him / her on his/her victory. If the tickets are not collected on time from venue communicated to the winners, no claims shall be entertained after the screening of the movie on 22nd of May 2016 and no alternate arrangements shall be made for a separate screening of the movie.

Duration:
** Contest is valid from May 14th, 2016 till midnight (00.00 hrrs) of May 20th, 2016.

Eligibility:
** The applicant to this Contest should be an Indian national and residing in any of the Indian cities.
** Employees of Narang Group are not eligible to participate in this contest.

Contest Entry Instructions:
** It is mandatory for all consumers to have a valid & working Mobile Number to participate in this contest. By entering into the contest, the participant will be deemed to have explicitly consented to receive SMSs and phone calls on the given details.

** All costs for participation in this Contest shall be borne directly by the applicants. Narang Buzz Services Pvt. Ltd. or the Contest management will not entertain any claims for the reimbursement of any costs incurred by the applicant for the purposes of participation in this Contest.

General Terms & Conditions:
** The applicant shall deem to accept all the terms and conditions governing this Promo, as may be applicable from time to time. Decision of Contest Management on all matters is final and binding on all Applicants and no correspondence will be entertained on the same.

** Narang Buzz Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible in any courts of law for any loss of information / data due to any system failure or loss of photographs. No claim shall be entertained by Narang Buzz Services Pvt. Ltd. in this behalf and the decision of Contest management shall be final and binding.

** Narang Buzz Services Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion reserves the right to change, discontinue, extend, alter or modify the promotion and/or any terms & conditions without prior notice to the participants.

** All applicants and winners waive off any and all rights of claim with regard to the mobile details which company may use for any future promotional activities against the company. Narang Buzz Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not have any liability to share any revenue arising out of any such promotional activities with the applicants or winners of this Contest.

** All disputes relating to or arising out of the Awards shall be subject to the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai, India. The Company will not be liable for any claims / disputes by the Participants, Nominees or Winners in relation to the Contest.

** The Company cannot and shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the Contest. The Company and its contractors cannot be held responsible for matters out of its control and for force majeure reasons.

** The Participants, Nominees and Winners agree that they shall hold harmless the Company and Sponsors, its employees, officers, contractors or other persons and shall defend them against any loss, claim, demands, costs, damages, judgments, expenses or liability arising out of or in connection with any or all claims whether or not groundless, that may be brought against the Company by any third party in connection with participation in or winning the Award.

If the winner fails to respond in time, Narang Buzz Services Pvt. Ltd. can decide to award the prizes to another participant.

** Narang Buzz Services Pvt. Ltd. has the right to disqualify any entry which it deems fake or inappropriate.
